Went here despite the racist reviews but as a black person I can confirm you definitely shouldn’t go here. They were very hesitant to let me shop there and when I showed a picture of a polish color the woman at the front just immediately said they didn’t have it and I just left.

I ordered $150 in products the beginning of November 2023, have shipping information but they have never left their facility! I have sent emails, tried to call the company, says they are having trouble with the lines but you can leave a message. I can’t get an answer AT ALL! I want the products or my money back but can’t get an answer from anyone!

I went in and they followed me to where I was going literally after a minute of being there she asked me if I had nail license. I told her no and they told me I had to leave and that I couldn’t shop there without being licensed…..

I ordered pedi mask Aug 18 2023 and it’s now Aug 29 and no word on purchase. Email shows they made shipping label but have not shipped. Emailed them 4 days ago and have gotten no reply? Shop at your own risk. Poor customer service! Will never order again!!

Products are reasonably priced, but when we received a shipment that was damaged (both pedi scrub gallons had leaked all over inside the box) we could not get anything resolved. I sent pictures to the customer service email and called only to be told to call back and then I was hung up on!

This place is awesome and SO COMPLETE! So many different polish colors and price options, charms, brushes, everything. Prices are good and staff was friendly, helpful and patient. Would 100% recommend and will be returning.

They are very racist and follow you around in the store the stare at you and watch you walk from aisle to aisle and have attitude when you ask them any questions

I really like this store comparing to other mails supply sore around the area. A little messy but they're trying. They're are so far have the cheapest price in town. Everyone is really nice, helpful and lovely in there also. Definitely will be the place I go if I need supplies from now on.
