I enjoy how the VIP can drop off anytime. I do think dependables is a little pricey BUT i have no complaints on service, the workers are always kind and they do have deals most times!

Brought in a suit and some black dress pants. Service was kind and helpful. Clothes were done in a day! Can’t ask for more than that.

I dropped off my clothes on the 16th. I paid in cash to a girl with a bandaged finger. I was told that you pay ahead so I didn't think anything would be an issue. Unfortunately I didn't get a receipt as she did give me one. When I picked up the clothes today, I was told that the clothes were not paid for. Since I paid in cash and didn't have a receipt and person from the previous day was not there, I had no proof. I needed the clothes for an event so I paid again but this time with a card. The clothes seemed fine but paying twice for them left me with distrust. The store has cameras and I'm sure that they do accounts so extra money taken from me should be noticeable. It was disappointing. Do not pay in cash and always get a receipt. Buyer beware.

I dropped two coats off to be cleaned and repaired, this was on 2/1. I received a text stating that they were ready on 2/2. I went to pick up my items on 2/9. Something told me to check to see if both coats had been repaired and clean. To my surprise neither were repaired nor cleaned. Prior to getting my items I paid $108. There was no manger on site, nor were they picking up the calls that were being made by the employee. I was told that I wouldn’t be able to get a refund, because they couldn’t get in contact with a manager. I let both employees know, that I wasn’t blaming them nor was I giving them attitude, but this was ridiculous and unacceptable. I also stated that I wouldn’t be leaving the establishment until I received my full refund. Both the young man & young lady were very apologetic and understood my frustration. They made it right and refunded me my money, after several attempts to get a manager on the line. On top of that one of the coats hood with fur lining had been removed, & I didn’t notice until I got home “Still don’t have it”. Needless to say, I won’t be returning here for business. It’s unprofessional!

I recently took my Canada Goose jacket to the dry cleaning store, but unfortunately, they damaged it. There was a tear/scratch on the cuff, and their explanation was that it could be expected due to the material of the jacket. However, I specifically emphasized the need for careful handling when I brought it in, and they never mentioned any potential issues.What surprises me is how my jacket ended up damaged in such an obvious way. I spoke to my friends about it, and they were all taken aback because they have dry cleaned their Canada Goose jackets numerous times without any problems. When I raised my concerns with the manager, their response was equally baffling. They claimed that all Canada Goose jackets have this problem and suggested that I should buy a new one after wearing it for a while.This whole situation feels quite amusing and frustrating at the same time..
