Pharmacy staff is the worst, long story short, The lead pharmacist there filled a 90 day supply prescription and gave me it in a 30 day supply retail bottle(I was supposed to receive three. Only received one bottle but paid for the full 90 day supply!) When I realized this 2 weeks later I went back and asked the pharmacist to do a prescription audit. (And mind you I showed The pharmacist definitive proof that they made a mistake and they never fessed up to it )They just responded that they gave me the three bottles which they did not The head pharmacist did not really do an audit and left me hanging with the responsibility of refilling a prescription that I should have gotten completely filled! Do not get your prescriptions at this location you will regret it in one way or another

Just shut down already! Everything is locked up and they don’t have enough staff to open cabinets when paying customers need items.

Morning supervisor is rude dont care for customer service at all employees cover up for what ever b.s he does and the customer care line dont care neither..they need to close it down

If I could give a zero I would. Literally have you on hold for an hour until the hang up on you and then you can hear them laughing in the background which is absurd

This CVS was clean and organized, they have a great drink selection and often have biofreez which is great for recovering muscles.

Ridiculous.. If you can't keep up with the demand..throw in the damn towel. 40 minutes on hold and then to be hung up on.. lacks professionalism. I would say do better but You won't ??♀️

I can’t vouch for the pharmacy, but the customer service in the general store section is great. The guys at the front are very sweet!

By far one of the worst CVS in the state. Limited options and the staff is a bunch of kids who lack any type of customer service and always on their phones including security. It's really a shame that they turned a church into a horrible cvs branch

Worst pharmacy management I've ever seen! Would give 0 starts. My daughters doctor called to make sure they had my daughters medicine in stock, the pharmacy staff said they did and that they just got a shipment of the medication . They told the doctor that they were going to prepare the medication the date of (@ 5pm) . I went in at 6pm to pick it up, they made me wait 5 minutes to then tell me that they gave the last dose to another kid! So they gave my daughters medicine to another kid. How is this legal!

This cvs is very close to my but I hate coming here there are very unpleasant, unprofessional they tell tell 2 different things went u go pick ur medicine I hate this store!!¡
