I had a check I needed cashed and I didn’t have my ID. I had called so may other places to see if they would cash it and they couldn’t. With Christmas being next week and money being tight I depended on this check for most of my kids Christmas presents! I was so worried they wouldn’t be able to cash it but they did! They where able to use other proof of identity and a bunch of paper work but everything went so smoothly! I can’t thank them enough and they where all incredibly kind !

I have been going to this store for over 15 years. I commend the staff for providing great customer service. I can particularly name the courtesy, politeness and professionalism of one of the staff member, Argentina Lopez. Keep up the good job. Thanks.

First of all Look at all the reviews if your not spanish the quality of service if horrible, they should just have a sign on the front door that say Black people we discriminate!!!Check out the demographics all spanish women behind the counter not one man not one white person not one black person not one other...Then they are having personal conversations instead of ensuring the best possible communication with the customer!

My husband spoke with Karla very professional friendly very efficient also all employees are the same all had mask and gloves treats everyone with respect and very friendly I would definitely reccomend and keep going

Called in as they would not cash a check I wrote. I was told everything was all set, so the check was attempted to be cashed again and they refused. I lost a member of the team because of their poor communication. He quit because they would not cash his check and he felt the issues are on my end. I then went in personally, made sure the account was in good order, paid them $30 they claimed was required on a check that didn't clear even through it did clear. This was not mentioned on the phone. Teller said other check could be cashed on the 7th of January. Just received a message from the former team member that they will not cash the check as teller is claiming the $30 was not paid even though it was. Other options are available. CFSC does not communicate or take responsibility for own statements.

So I just had a bad experience in this western union and I come here but not often enough to know the rules of western union because I dont use western union. I didnt bring my phone in and I didnt have a tracking number which I didnt know I really needed it so the lady asked me if I ever got money from there before I said I didnt know I gave her my ID then she ask for a tracking number I asked why did she need it she responded because thats how western union works I said out loud that I didnt want to go back to the car( which I was going anyway I just didnt want to walk back because of my condition my problem not hers) so I go get the tracking number then she ask me the regular questions how much who sent it then she said where were you born?? Now I asked what does that have to do with anything (again not familiar with the rules of western union) she rudely remarks thats how western union works so I tell her but she's so busy thinking I have an attitude( which I didnt I was out of breath because of my condition my problem not her's) so she finishes the transaction and I simply ask her again about these rules and she tells me I gave you your money if you want to know more you can read it and pushes the receipt towards me now I'm like I just asked you a question and I dont have an attitude Im out of breath then she says so why you still talking I say to her its your job to tell me the answer to what I'm asking and that I also work in customer service and she laughed but my laugh is better because she just showed me how rude and ignorant she is most people would have called this lady all kinds of names but I will never show her any type of respect ever because she is what makes customer service hard for others she could have just explained to me the rules and I would have just thanked her like I did the other lady that was there I'm never rude when I go there because I know how rude customers can be but that lady I will never forget her face and if we cross paths I wont be rude I will just keep on mind that she is not customer friendly
