“My car was covered in very persistent bird poop after parking under a tree. They sent me through twice (for the price of one) and gave me supplies to help get it off. Unsolicited, a very kind gentleman who worked there came out with some additional car wash supplies and helped me finish the removal. 10/10 recommend. Great customer service and very kind.”

“Amazing customer service! I had concerns about some stains in my car and they said they would fix them right up! They definitely did! A stain or two were tough to clean and they offered to try again in front of me. It was sweet of them because they didn’t treat me like a burden, they just wanted me to be happy with their work. I would recommend them to anybody I know!!! I dropped off my car at 8am and they called me around 4pm to pick it up.”

“I've been going to Steve at Arlington Auto Detailing every 3 to 4 months since I bought my FJ ten years ago. Every time it comes back from his shop it's as reflective as a mirror and it looks as good as the day I bought it. Keep in mind this picture was taken today and the FJ is ten years old and sits out in the sun all day and is never garaged. Goes to show how awesome a job Steve and his crew do!

Yes, at first glance, they were impressively restored and gleaming. But when I looked closer at all of the areas not at eye level (e.g., engine bay, door jams, compartments, tires, etc), it showed off his meticulous attention to detail(ing). “Don & Wally's has always taken care of me lacey really knows her stuff and so does her dad. They have a great honest family business. Always busy so plan ahead when scheduling for the work. I've been taking my vehicles there for a long time. They had my Silverado serviced since I got out at a hundred thousand miles and it lasted 240k miles before I finally sold it and upgraded. Now I take my new truck there and not the dealer. They are the absolute best!”

“Just completed a frontal paint protection film and ceramic coating application through Lia at Craft Detailing. This is the third car I have done with them. I have been extremely happy with the results both immediately after and over five and a half years later. The cars just sparkle after they are washed. Lia has been very responsive and flexible in setting up my appointments. I know there are closer shops, but I didn’t even consider them. Someday I’ll be back with my fourth!”

Nelson greeted me and personally, did a fast accurate assessment of the vehicle, wrote up a work order and was able to take my car in the next day.
He not only delivered the flawless repair at the cost of the appraisal from my insurance company, but he also delivered on time and with an extra special touch of auto detailing (including buffing out built up oxidation on my other head light to match the fixed one he installed in the repair).
