Jack was fabulous and continuously said "we want you to be happy with what you purchase". Absolutely no sales pressure. Jack suggested I do more research and sleep on it. Removed my old washer and dryer and went above and beyond to accommodate me knowing the concerns I had with removal and delivery not being the same day. Jack was not only professional but very kind. Jim and Shaq (sp ?).........just WOW. Removing a washer and dryer from a second floor in a narrow space and then a narrow staircase that has a turn is no easy task. I saw first hand what it entailed and they did it with a smile and worked their magic. Delivery day couldn't have gone smoother. Jim continuously said "we want you to be happy with your purchase". Jim and Shaq treated me like family and not just a customer. Hands down this was the best experience I have ever had purchasing large appliances. Jim repeatedly said "any issues call us immediately". “2/08/24 purchased a new Maytag top loader washer and gas dryer from NE Appliance. The salesman (Murray) was patient and very knowledgeable about all the various brands and options available with each set and models in the showroom. I was unsure of what brand to purchase other than I knew I wanted to go back to a top loader. AJ (shipping) arranged seamless delivery. John and Jimbo completed the delivery with amazing customer service and care of our home. The removal of old was quite challenging and they handled it very well and we are beyond thankful for the entire process. I whole heartedly recommend NE Appliance, Braintree”

“I can’t remember if I’ve already reviewed this company, but I don’t think I have recently. I first used Harrison Appliance over 15 years ago, when they were willing to deliver a washer and dryer up a very treacherous and narrow staircase when others weren’t. I’ve purchased three appliances from them in the past few years, and they have been exceptional. When you talk to Peter, he knows all the makes and models, and he will steer you away from a product if he doesn’t feel good about it. He knows where everything is manufactured and what specific issues some brand and models tend to have. He won’t try to upsell you. His delivery team always shows up on time, and they have been very professional. We recently had a dishwasher delivered and the appliance tech noticed a small dent in the door. They let us use it as is while we waited for a replacement door. I appreciate that they’re willing to work with your schedule and show up on time. Also, if you’re having any trouble with an appliance you bought from them, Peter will send someone over. You won’t get that from a big box store.”

I am a repeat customer because not only do they give me a great price, (and will price match other competitors) their customer service is great! They are very knowledgeable about appliances and I was able to get exactly what I needed..they also provide a delivery service, which worked out great for me. They were not only accommodating and courteous, but they were there when they said they would be.”

“This is one of the better Best Buys in the area. It carries a larger selection of products then some of the others that I have been to. The staff, when available, are are generally friendly and helpful. On some items the pricing at Best Buy is quite competitive. On other items they range from high to extremely high. Just today, I was looking at two items that I have been pricing at other local stores. One was 40%-50% higher then in the Target on the other side of the mall. The other was about 60% lower then the other places that I have priced it.BE AWARE OF PRICING before you shop. The good news is that Best Buy does price match (some restrictions apply). Shop smartly and come with your information.Being an anchor store at the old Watertown mall there is plenty of parking. Restrooms are at the front of the store near the kitchen appliances.Overall, it's a pretty good Best Buy. They have Geek Squad, home installers, small and large appliances, personal computing, cell phones, audio visual, Magnolia, and in-store pick-up for online orders. The one thing they are really lacking is that they have greatly reduced their available DVD selection.”

I usually just walk around and scratch my head at the prices however with BB doing away with physical media movies there are some good deals to be had.
