Horrible communication. Unreliable, inaccurate price quotes. Wayyyy over priced. $125 just to move any tow truck off the lot, and that’s the price before you tell them where you’re going!They must be under new management, because they really dropped the ball with my service.

My daughter has been waiting for her car for over an hour. Waiting outside in the dark. She called them twice. And instead of them giving her an estimate as to when the car will be dropped off they laughed at her and said” it takes how ever long it takes to get there.” And hung up on her. What is the matter with you people?! I personally hate working in customer service so I get it. But when you see your daughter struggling in an other state and me as her mother living 14 hours away it crushes my heart knowing I can’t be there to comfort her as she cries out of frustration. The lack of empathy is disturbing.

The owner of this establishment just makes excuses for his employee's driver behavior. Instead of being worried about erratic driving through elementary school parking lots, in the rain, while still dark out, he just says "oh he's just dropping off his daughter." Does that excuse the fact that other children are being dropped off and his driver should slow down and watch for children rather than rushing to work for his boss? Instead of making excuses for your employee's perhaps teach them safe driving - especially in parking lots designed where children will be walking across pathways.

Complete pieces of s**** Hope their business rots and fails. Illegally towed my car from my apartment complex parking lot and then charged me $160 in the lot to put it down. Illegal as f**** Called the cops and they came and said they can't do s*** either. Another instance my buddy got towed (legitimately) , we got to the tow place and they completely over charged around $180 and were complete a** holes, giving off very threatening vibes. We questioned the price and they become hostile very quickly saying "you want car back or not" etc. I've never had such a hatred towards a company but these a** holes deserves all the hate coming. They mainly work around Umass Boston campus and love to go after the students, knowing most of the students income is not very high at all. Moral of the story: Complete dickheads. I hope someone will have the will to fight back and get them shut down

It is organized theft. My car was taken in front of the house without any sign. They offer 30 of the 150 dollars per day taken.

“Always open” TOWING , is never open I suggest you call before showing up because more likely than not, no one is going to be there. I was told some one was going to be there in 20mins but I called 30 mins later I don’t think he knew I was the same person because he said 20 mins again so I asked are you sure cause that’s what you said earlier and that’s when he started getting loud with me.
