“The lady that works there is one of a kind. She should be the face of USPS nationwide. I guarantee you, there will be less problems with customer service at the USPS. Bravo!”
“Some stuff at this location makes it unnecessarily complicated. They had one of the most amazing CSR persons working there but i think he might have retired. Not too bad though, but with the USPS prices catching up to the UPS prices, the lines and complexity aren’t cool”
“Really nice people helped me with doing registered mail for the first time.
Fix their AC! It felt like high 80s and humid inside when it was cooler outdoors. Those poor folks were sweating buckets. Maybe there was a power outage because the ticket service was down too.”
“Wonderful and friendly experience. I needed to purchase a shipping label to send a package to Georgia during peak hours (lunch). It was also the week before Christmas and the post office was understandably slammed. Despite that, the workers were very kind and efficient in servicing in the long line.”
“Joanie & the rest of the employees are fantastic.
They always help me when I need a question answered. The customer service is great.
The service has been hit or miss with delivery times for ground in the US taking 12 days in some cases. But overall very good.”

“Chuck was so helpful and guided me through the whole process. This was greatly appreciated as someone who is not from America and was unsure as to how everything worked!!”
“Wow! I am visiting my sister here and just mailed out 3 posts. Vin the clerk pick up a mistake on a zipcode I have been using from Thailand for a year. He check the zipcode I had 3 times and mine was wrong. Great service and no wait. Easy peasy in and out. Thank you Vin!”
“Heidi is literally the kindest postal service employee I have ever met! She helped me figure out the best ways to mail two different packages, and she was so sweet to everyone else who came into the post office while I was there. USPS, know that Heidi is the best of the best!! :) This will be my go-to USPS location as long as I live in the Boston area.”
“Wish I could give 10 stars to the Roslindale Post office. I was putting together a retirement for my boss that was due at noon. I was waiting on 3 more envelopes that my colleagues had put in the mail the week before that I anticipated were most likely in the carriers bag out for delivery. At 10:30am I called the PO and April answered the phone. I offered to meet the carrier wherever he was to grab the envelope since my afternoon mail delivery would mean I could not finish putting the gift together. April went above and beyond and found the carrier and within 30 minutes the two envelopes were dropped in my box and she called to confirm they had been received. In 93° weather, I tried to run out to give the carrier a cold Gatorade, but he was already gone before I could get there. Both April and the mail carrier went out of their way to save the day so that we could complete the gift for my boss. A+++++++”

770 Massachusetts Ave, Cambridge“This has been my post office for 3 years and I go regularly. They handle everything in a professional manner, they know a lot, they are organized and ready to help. I usually don't have to wait for too long. I never had my packages missing and they always get delivered promptly. My package got stuck in another post office (went there by error) and it has been stuck for over 3 week. This post office even helped me out with that. I am so grateful. Every employee is helpful and special thanks to the lovely blonde lady who resembles Stevie Nicks!”
“the workers were respectful, patient, kind, and understanding. they allowed me to attend my passport appointment early and the whole process took less than 15 minutes.”

1 Central St, Norwood“I don't know exactly what "weird vibes" mean in the context of a post office. Long lines? Are you not used to that by now? 99% of my experiences have not been negative at all. In fact, I find the postal workers friendly and willing to go above and beyond.”
“Denise is a rockstar. She was very knowledgeable about passport/ state dept info and how to send our passports for renewal. She even helped us save $10 on shipping. Possibly the best post office interaction of my life.”

53 Sea St, North Weymouth“I normally go to this one since it is close by. The staff there is always very polite and friendly. There is never a long wait in line. So you can be in and out very quickly.”
“I’ve been going to this post office for years to send the occasional package and never had any issues, never had to wait more than maybe 10 minutes and that was extremely unusual, and the staff are always very friendly and helpful!”
8:30AM - 4:30PM
31 Union St, East Walpole“I had a good experience here just today dropping off a package with all the details and label already put on. There’s social distancing norms in place with little indicators on the floor and masks on policy. There was only one counter open at my time of visit around 4pm but, there wasn’t a big line so it was ok.Contrary to all the reviews I saw about this place before my visit, I was leaning towards a bad experience but, i didn’t have one. It was a standard drop off for my package and I was done within a few minutes, got the receipt and headed home.”
“Not sure why this location has such low reviews, went in to mail some letters and the woman helping me was one of the nicest ever. I don’t mail things out typically and she was kind and helpful. Much nicer than the staff at some of the other USPS’s I’ve been to”
“Went to help my father-in-law's passport renewal and the ladies who assisted were very helpful and made our anxious selves at ease. Process was easy with their warm accomodation. Thank u!”
“USPS Canton branch is conveniently located and easy to access (just don't perform a u-turn to park). The staff is always professional, friendly and happy to answer any questions one may have. Not all local USPS locations are equal, which is why I'll often drive further to this one even though it may not be the closest.”
“I just had to write about my experience with the Post office in Dorchester. I live in California and mailed a package to my elderly aunt in Dorchester via overnight. She missed the package, as it required a signature and the package went back to the post office and they left a note she needed to pick up the package from the post office.. She asked me to call the post office and see if I could have it scheduled for redelivery. In California personnel DO NOT answer the phone....EVER and so I had already felt I would need to tell my aunt I was unable to reach anyone. WELL......I called and...I was in total shock!! The woman answered the phone on the first ring and was pleasant!! I was in shock, given my experience with the post office over the last 10 years!...She was very helpful. She informed me, given they were about to close, someone would need to go down with their ID the next day.The next day my aunt sent her grandson for the package. The grandson was unable to get the package because he did not have the tracking number. My aunt, called me again in California 8 a.m. on a Saturday and asked me to call the post office and see if I could provide the tracking number. Again, I felt I got lucky the day before and there would be no way someone would answer that early in the morning.Lord and behold when I called, a woman AGAIN answered the phone!!! OMG.Again pleasant and she was very helpful and I was able to provide the tracking number and she facilitated my aunt receiving the package I sent her.I believe the woman said her name was Janice. She answered the call when I called the first time and she answered the phone when I called the second time!! Janice, Kudos to you.. You need to be the face of post offices around the world! Your handling of my situation will never be forgotten. Thank you!Management----Janice is a jewel. Thank you.”
