“A five-star customer service. I called in on June 18, 2024 to discontinue my landline service because nowadays I do not use the line so frequently. The process was complete in less than five minutes. A refund was issued in the same day. It is much better than dealing with ******* where a refund was released at least a month later. Note that if you have service for more than a year, you cannot return the equipments for refund. I would do business with CP again.”

Despite the late hour, the technician kindly let me in, finished up his other work, and then took the time to review my phone.
