Yesterday I brought my dog Samantha for her annual. I left there so disgusted and devastated. First off Dr. Bruzzi it’s time to retire, from the minute you walked into the room, you looked so annoyed to be there, no smile, no warm greeting, zero emotions. The way you made me feel like I was a horrible dog owner will forever be embedded in my mind. You man handled my sweet old girl like it was nothing. She was yelping in pain when you cut her nails and still showed no compassion or emotion. My girl has arthritis in her hind legs and you just kept pushing on her legs until she yelped in pain. I am so done with you and your practice. Even your tech that assisted you seemed miserable and acted like he didn’t want to be there. I used to love going there but your practice has completely gone downhill and you Dr. Bruzzi should be ashamed of yourself and the way you present yourself. I will definitely spread the word about how horrible you and your practice is. 455 bucks I’ll never get back, oh and on top of that when you took blood from girl for bloodwork and she was bleeding a lot from it, your comment saying relax she’s not gonna die from getting blood drawn was completely unnecessary, rude and disrespectful.

Dr Bruzzi is a great vet. I have been going there for over 30 years.

Pretty disappointed in Dr Bruzzi's treatment of his patients and clients. His staff were awesome and really helpful, but he ignored me and manhandled my nervous new rescue during this "exam". Also, he just isnt careful and got me in the face while giving my dog oral meds. Not to mention "correcting" me about my dog's medical history while just being generally unhelpful/condescending. The other staff helped trim my dogs nails and answered my questions.

My pup needed two surgeries done, and the Dr's here did both at the same time. Pricing is competitive, and the staff is kind and friendly.

Me and my family have been going to Dr. Bruzzi for generations as it says on the website. He has been a vet to all my dogs, even at the end of life, Hell I remember when he came to help a horse at a minutes notice! I am HURT, angry, and insulted. I recently went through a horrible divorce and so I havent brought my dog in since 2001. when I called to make an appointment, they said they would not see him because they only see dogs that come once a year! I know they may be understaffed but really??????
They have my dogs records since he was born

Don’t know if it’s the dr age he is getting impatient with his patients. The last two times I have been there were not good at all. The other staff is wonderful. So sweet to everyone that walks in. The dr however is not a kind/nice man at all. I won’t get into everything that was said. The second time I went I brought my husband and as we left he said we will never step foot in this place again. He is the owner unfortunately, so it won’t get better just be aware. Do your homework. Read all the review. I actually feel bad for the staff to deal with his attitude constantly.

The dr/ owner is the major problem here. We brought our 14 cocker spaniel in that his back legs gave out. He wasn't walking and you can tell he was in pain. After the "what's going on with him " it was you know he's obese.....why?Granted it's not healthy but not the right time. He is about 35 lbs. The people that have dealt with him knows how he can be. Seems like he can turn it off and on when he wants. No people skills or empathy. Just cold, told us he has a mass that needs to be ultrasound and basically go find a place that does it. No referrals or recommendations.I don't want this to go on and on and the staff that is there are great but let's just say we will never step one foot in this place again. Also 91.00 for a 10 min office visit. I know everything has gone up but I thought that was kind of high. Paid an extra 26.00 for meds.

Went in on July 13th for routine checkup. Our girl Cora needless to say does not particularly care for the Vet. She is the sweetest cat in the world, but anytime we have ever had to bring her for a checkup, she turns into a Cat monster. Hissing, spitting, and just ferocious so the team @ DR Animal Hospital recommended that she be put under a light anesthesia for her visit to make it more comfortable for everyone.I think its fair to say that any good pet owner gets worried whenever their animal is unhappy, distressed and would do anything to make their animal not feel that. The team did everything by the books. I've been to other animal hospitals that do a terrible job with the whole empathy thing. When we dropped her off, we left knowing that she is in great hands! The best part is how they handled our visit when time to settle up. We were having an issue with our CareCredit card as we have not used it in a long time and had a new card that we never did activate. After calling Care Credit, they informed us that DR AH could look up our account. With a little hard work from Mackenzie and the rest of the team, we were able to get the problem resolved and use our CareCredit card with 6 months of no interest! I wish I knew any of the other Vet's names, but there were good vibes on every single part of the Visit! Highly recommend and our other buddy Dawson will be by in a few days for his checkup as well!!!Customer for life!! Thanks to DR Animal Hospital and their staff

Dr Bruzzi is the best. I've been going to him for over 10 yrs for my Bichon poodle. They even have weekend hours and perform some surgical procedures like my dog's luxating patella surgery and cleanings which worked out great.

Well I hope you all never get your vaccines elsewhere because he'll tell you to pound sand and that he's no longer your vet. Even after you've spend thousands with him over the years. And if you try to get script from him, he'll charge you for them so he always makes money. He's arrogant and insensitive. Doesn't care at all about my dog, just the cash. They are extremely expensive and I was spend north of $500 per Visit after vaccines and heartworm meds. I was told he no longer does emergency visits after he told me to go back the clinic I had shots done at. At one pint he told me to buy the cheapest dog food on the shelf. A real pro! dont bother trying to see him, he's not taking new patients! Told me he's on his own now and is cutting back. Very sad man....

Dr. Buzzing was pleasant as always! He took the time to explain all the shots and the dates for renewal. He printed out his medical records for me so I can take them when I move.He also pointed out a billing error and put it right immediately! He had patience with my young daughter and spoke to her about the cats health and was very kind. Can't say enough good things about him.

Their website says they are taking new patients . I called and the woman on the phone practically cut me off to ask if I had been there before. I said no and she said they aren't taking new patients. I said ok and she proceeded to go on about how they only have one Dr. I again said OK. She was clearly frustrated but I'm the one with a sick pet. Don't bother calling them if you haven't already been there. They will make sure you know you can't come here
