“I am so grateful to have found this practice. I have a 12 year old nervous/reactive dog who is my absolute world. Dr. Guresh was thorough, honest, kind, and so gentle her. Our vet tech, Lana (spelling?), went above and beyond. She was knowledgable, helpful, and connected with my dog right away. They were even able to get my dog's nails done, which is something that most vets won't even attempt with her because she's difficult. I get really nervous in vet's office due to traumatic experiences in the past, and Dr. Guresh and Lana made both me and my dog feel so comfortable. “We were visiting on the Cape for a week and needed to be seen on short notice. VCA Hyannis fit us in next day, and we had a wonderful experience. Everyone from the front desk receptionists to the nurses and technicians and veterinarians went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for.Our exam with Dr. Zelman was very thorough, follow-up was great, and you could feel every person in the practice trying to deliver the best possible care for patients and owners. We also got to meet a very sweet puppy lab (what's up Benny!)There's also just great vibes here, and everyone clearly loves their jobs. Especially when we walked in as a new patient after the July 4th Holiday. The intake was fast, and as soon as the front desk realized we were there for a potentially urgent issue, they moved very quickly to get us seen. It really made a difference for us. The people who worked at the front desk spoke to us softly and knew kindly. Aiden the vet tech treated us with much compassion. Dr. Zafir was second to none. She worked selflessly to try everything she could think of to save our dog. She even called us during the holiday weekend and prescribed meds to keep her comfortable. During the euthanasia process she explained everything that was about to happen! Her diligence, intelligence and humanity were unparalleled!”
