Wicked rude and unprofessional. The Indian lady’s behavior was uncalled for and she said I had to bribe her if I wanted the rest of my families packages. She told me to get out of the office and to have them pick them up.

Claudia is extremely rude and unprofessional! They are extremely slow at processing packages even though the United States Postal app says your package has arrived once you go to the post office they have no idea where your package is. Absolutely inexcusable if I'm being told that my package is there then it's there and I shouldn't have to come back six times to get it and also get attitude in the meantime by the staff.

The Dennis Port Post Office is the BEST!! Friendly staff, always helpful. My mail carrier is also the best. Great Service!

Horrible office, horrible staff. I moved here a year ago and have nothing but issue after issue. Mailman refuses to get out of his truck to deliver packages. And when I go to pick them up, they oftentimes "get lost". I get alot of plants and I swear he purposfully won't deliver them and holds them over the weekend to try and kill them. I look at tracking status and it says "held at office by customer request"! THEN THEY ARE RUDE WHEN I DEIGN TO ASK WHY IT WASNT DELIVERED ON TIME! EFF this whole post office. I'm surprised someone hasn't written to the attorney General yet. Lord knows I have come really close.L not to mention the amount of money I have spent replacing broken packages b.c he threw them around or clearly stuffed them into the mailbox they didn't fit in so he didn't have to get out of his truck... smh

I have lived here for almost 6 years and in that time I have had my mail torn, on the floor of our mailbox foyer at my condo bldg, crumpled pieces of mail in my mail slot etc... Recently I had to travel out of state to care for my sister in hospice and had put a stop mail order in, specifying that mail be held until I personally pick it up on Thurs 3/3. After a 10 hour journey home I hurried to this branch to p/u only to be told they don't have any mail held for me and have no idea if it was all delivered or where it could be! I was treated like I was imposing on them by even questioning them. They are consistently rude, slow, unconcerned, uninformative and unwilling to give any information or service. I have spoken to them several times about problems with mail only to be told to have the condo assoc buy new mailboxes. How in the world will that improve their service?? I had something I had to send overseas and was turned down the first visit ( because they said it was closing time) even tho they didn't for another 20 minutes! On my second visit I was given a paper to fill out and told to come back. Third visit I was told I didn't need the custom paper and had to start over! There is one woman there who acts so exasperated when you walk in, and so unwilling to help you navigate rates, options, delivery times that you want to leap over the counter and do it yourself! They need a trained new staff there...people who actually take an interest in their chosen job and perform the duties!!! horrible experiences there minus 20 stars rating if there was such a thing

For us working people we need the post office open longer on weekends . It's crazy that po boxes aren't 24/7 either..

Have a mail box, mail man refuses deliver any mail. We have to go to the post office to pick up mail. Post office staff complain about having our mail delivered and picking it up at the office, when they wont even deliver it. Office staff are pretty rude as well, would avoid this place if you can. Waste of taxes dollars.

Traditionally for many years, this post office had a system of lighting a light bulb above the PO Boxes to let people know if the mail had been delivered. This system allowed people to drive in and if the light wasn’t on then they didn’t park and go inside. When I asked the postal clerk why the sign said it was “deactivated”. She replied that she kept forgetting to turning it on and that mail was delivered mostly by 11:00am. I said that wasn’t a good enough reason and I was going to complain. When postal workers Tim and Cindy were working the desk it was never a problem to flick a switch to turn the light on so folks would know the mail had arrived. There are lots of senior citizens plus with the current virus and social distancing you would think this is an effective practice for people entering the Post Office.
