Kevin is very friendly, nice guy and knowledgeable at beginning before work is done but after paying cash for work his attitude changes all over places not friendly. I asked for receipt he said give me another $100 dollars. He is required to give me receipt.

If there was a ZERO star option, I would use that ! Went to Orleans Auto Body for an estimate on a small repair and met with Kevin. He could not of been more rude and condescending if he tried. He has no patience or concern for a potential customer and couldn't tell me quick enough to go somewhere else.... So I did and got excellent customer consideration and satisfaction at MID CAPE COLLISION on Old Town Road in Yarmouth. Thank you Kevin for the recommendation !!! Have a Blessed Day !!!

I cannot speak highly enough of Orleans Auto Body! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The team there went above and beyond to make sure my car repair process was as smooth as possible. They were incredibly helpful, explaining every step of the process and ensuring I understood what was happening with my vehicle. Not only was the service top-notch, but they also completed the repairs quickly, getting me back on the road in no time. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful situation so painless and easy. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of auto body repairs!

I would send anyone to this auto body shop. They are the best!!!. My car was damaged ,and they gave it back to me like a brand new car. I can't say enough about them. They are pros and really nice people.

Mia is so very pleasant and real! Once she explained how the process works with the insurance company everything was seamless and clear. Their work is excellent and they are a nice group of folks to work with. The results are awesome. So very happy they were available to take my vehicle

Gave me my car back very dirty after I just got a car wash. Every other auto body shop I’ve been to gives you your car back cleaner then before. Definitely not coming here ever again, the man was rude as well, not very professional. Do not recommend.
