Often the team is unhelpful and rude. What genius thinks it makes sense to close at 1pm on Saturday and remain closed for the rest of the weekend?? It’s like they want to go out of business. I’d support a Lowe’s going in across the street

Can't believe their lousey hours. Closed at 5pm during the week and closed at 1pm on Saturday. Will spend the extra on gas to go to Home Depot in Hyannis...because they are open. Especially on a Saturday when a lot of folks do work on their properties. Don't get the closing at 1pm. Ridiculous!

Poor service. Seems they cannot afford to pay sales people to answer a sales call. Placed on hold every time you call. Spent 500k at that store. Take my business to Shepley from now on.

Went to Mid-Cape because I needed a 1"by 3" exterior pine board ripped to 2" wide. After two trips to the front desk and two trips to the lumber yard itself, I still couldn't find anyone that could help me. Very frustrating experience. We're talking one board ripped to 2". One person suggested I find a carpenter to do the job. A lot of nerve. The actual piece of trim board that I'm looking to replace is less than 3 feet long. Will never go to Mid-Cape again. Customer service is awful.

Ken Leandre is a windows and doors rep for this company and dealt dishonestly on many levels. He tried to get me to meet him to give him my credit card number and I wouldn't. He finally agreed to meet me at Mid Cape in Orleans and then tried to get me to overpay by $4500 on a $17,000 bill and told me he couldn't give me a receipt. When the windows arrived the first one was the wrong size. He's the one who measured the windows I was replacing. The next shipment was missing windows. The next shipment had four windows when five were ordered. When I told the drivers how awful I thought he was they all said that it was not the first time they'd heard this from customers and that it wasn't even the 10th time. My other experiences with Mid Cape have been great.

Unbelievable customer service walked me to every product making sure I found what I needed went above and beyond 10 times better than Home Depot or Lowe’s customer service and you need something go here ask for Amy she’ll hook you up

Set up a consultation for a brand new kitchen with Kathleen. She did not show up to the appointment at the scheduled time and left a voicemail 30 minutes later saying she was “running late.” I called back within 3 minutes several times and got no response. Her voicemail was rude saying we did not give enough info even though it was the first appointment. Definitely not worth the hassle of rude customer service.

All the staff are extremely helpful when looking for something specific even if it take a bit of extra time to find what your looking for especially the guys out in the yard
