“I brought my female friend in to the store because I thought she would enjoy it and she ended up purchasing a nice pair of pink cowboy boots. The owners were very friendly and knowledgeable, and stretched the boots for her and allowed her to pick them up the next day and talking with them. It sounds like they go to a lot of trade shows and enjoy line dancing in the area. It seems like they really have a passion for their business and their merchandise.”

“Mass bay co is an amazing store for kids and collectors alike. They have a decent selection of toys and realistic toy soldiers and tanks. Furthermore, they have authentic gear and equipment used in wars such as the Vietnam war ww2 war on terror and much more. The staff there has always been friendly and willing to talk about the deep history behind each item in the store. Great store.”

“I was at the store the other day looking for 1 item and ended up leaving with a Big shopping bag full of beautiful outfits. “The selection in this location is ok. Obviously not a big store due to its location but it does in a pinch. The people are always professional and courteous but every once in awhile you catch them in a conversation with each other and you feel like you're bothering them. Not a big deal but not what you come to expect from J. Crew”

The sales agent (Megan) in the Chatham store not only honored the discount she helped me pick out some items that were out of stock , wrapped the items and sent it to me.
