Staff is in capable of changing a watch battery which would take about five minutes wanted me to leave the watch and they would call me in a few days woman that works there is unpleasant

I took my 40+ year old engagement ring in to LAM Jewelry after hearing the highest possible recommendations in Dennis and surrounding towns. It was worn on the gold band to a thin shred.Len also advised replacing the prongs on the diamond.The band needed to be totally replace, could not be repaired with its thinness.All told the 18K gold band and new prongs were a bit expensive, but reasonable given cost of gold. The ring looked brand new when I got it back.I would absolutely trust LAM Jewelers with my other precious jewelry in the future! So great to have this LOCAL expertise!

My fiancé and I had a great experience at LAM Goldsmiths. Lenny helped my fiancé design my dream engagement ring last summer. After my fiancé proposed, we knew we had to go back to LAM Goldsmiths for our wedding bands. We just picked up our wedding bands and are amazed at how beautiful they are. This guy is a crazed maniac. I went in to sell some dental gold which he had previously said he buys. I showed him five gold crowns and he kept using the word "c**p" quite frequently which I found quite bizarre. He told me that four of them were 10 carat and one was 12 carat. He weighed them and put them on satin with an exposed 1.5 inch RAZOR BLADE. He offered me $100 for everything which I knew was a rip-off and scam. I told him off for having tried to scam me and left. I stood outside on the sidewalk for a few minutes when he came flying out in a rage, came up to me, put his finger in my face and screamed, "If you talk to me like that one more time, I'm going to kill you!!" I then called the Dennis police and had them come to the store. Needless to say I would never go in this store of a madman ever again. Avoid this place at all costs! He is unstable at best. P.S. Yesterday I went to Boston and sold the same dental gold for $500.00!!!

I brought in a white gold and diamond flower-shaped cocktail ring from the 1960’s that was my godmother’s; Len and his team transformed it into an absolutely gorgeous pendant. I could not have wished for a more beautiful piece; I actually cried when I saw it! Len is the best at what he does; I highly recommend LAM Goldsmiths.

For years we have been taking our watches to LAMS for cleanings, repairs and battery replacement and have been very pleased with the service. Last Saturday, we purchased a beautiful watch for my husband from LAM’s private collection. The attentive service that we received exceeded our expectations. They listened to my husbands watch “needs”, they have a large selection of men’s and women’s watches and selected a watch to fit those needs perfectly. The price was very competitive and reasonable. There was no pressure to purchase now, but he needed a watch so we left with a watch with a new battery installed, the band adjusted to his wrist as well as instruction on how to maintain the watch and adjust the band himself. Thank you LAM Goldsmiths for finding the perfect watch for my husband and making my anniversary gift so easy to buy!

I can’t say enough how happy i am with my experience with LAM Jewelers. Len went out of his way to help me design a piece which consisted of diamonds i had acquired from a family members jewelery. I was nervous but he assured me it would be amazing. He was so confident and i trusted his opinion. The ring is absolutely stunning and i cannot be happier. His staff, Karen was so positive and helpful as well. She assured me it would be spectacular. They both give a fun and positive experience.
