I had a really wonderful experience at Eden. I had a one car/one person ticket while my husband and toddler waited in the car for me. The lady at the front entrance was welcoming and I waited a few minutes to get into the house. The young girl associate was really sweet and walked me through all the jewelry but I knew I wanted two screwball bracelets and she promptly helped me with that. I'm not from cape cod but appreciate handmade jewelry that can last because I wear my jewelry everyday. It was an overall pleasant experience and was in and out within ~10 minutes. Definitely recommend reading their rules and regulations and understanding their ticket system before you go. Parking was readily available as well.

I love the bracelets I purchased however I am very disappointed in the customer service I received. My appointment time was 12-1. I was there promptly at 12 and had to wait in what I thought was a short line to enter the store. I waited very patiently for my time slot knowing in advance that there may be a wait. What I did not know was that when I got let into the store I would be rushed to shop and to get out because they were going on lunch… I was let into the store at 12:50 even though my reservation was for 12:00. It seemed like the people in front of me had plenty of time to browse the shop and pick out what they wanted and I wasn’t let in until they left. When I got let in the lady working with me was very short with her words, not kind at all and told me I need to hurry up and decide what I wanted. This was my first time ever going to the store. I tried for weeks to get a ticket knowing I wanted an inside shop ticket for my first visit so I could browse all the items. The demeanor of the sales associate just rubbed me so wrong… I had such high hopes for this once in a lifetime experience and I’ll say I was pretty disappointed. I asked the woman how long she has worked there and she said 8 years… I don’t know if she was having a rough day or if that’s her attitude all the time… if that’s the case she should find a new job. She was a crab! ? There was a younger associate working in the shop, she was helping the couple that was before me in line and she was so kind and sweet! The shop needs to hire more like her! I wish I had asked their names… I’m going to try again next year for a ticket and I hope my experience will be much more pleasant so I can give the shop a 5 ⭐️ review!

I am a little confused how I am supposed to know what I want before I get there, when "eden hand arts" does not post or price their products. It's a total scam, considering all of the rules for a "bracelet" shop. Why is this stricter than airport security? I highly suggest taking a trip to Chatham and buying the same exact jewelry without the stress. I don't really get the concept of this business and I'm glad I didn't contribute to this scam.

This store is an iconic and long-standing business in Cape Cod, with all their jewelry being hand-made. However, they allow ZERO walk-in business. Visit their website for instructions on purchasing. I purchased my first two Eden bracelets this year and can’t wait to get tickets next year.

We visited the Onesie line today! We were lucky enough to secure a ticket to the first time slot of opening day 2024! We did it by setting reminders of when booking would be open and got lucky ? Do NOT listen to comments about the staff being rude. They are friendly, kind, and helpful. I imagine people claiming staff was rude to them are covering the fact that they themselves were rude and wanted the “rules” changed for them. The whole system is made for true fans who like a challenge at catching a glimpse of the unicorn that is Eden. If you don’t like the rules or expect them to be bent because you are the exception to rules this isn’t the place for you. If you are kind and friendly to staff here, they are kind and friendly in return. All of this to say, the experience was lovely and the jewelry is brilliant. Good luck to everyone in your quest for the golden ticket ?

I am legitimate customer who has shopped here for over 15 years and I made an appt to buy a bracelet the summer they started making u get tickets online and putting ur name phone number and address to secure it ,I spent well over 500 dollars that summer and made another apt a few weeks later to bring my daughter and she changed her mind and I never made it to the appt ,because of that they banned me for life ,seriously I have spent so much money and been so loyal it’s a joke that they can’t bend and let you have one slip up so u can book another summer as well ,they have no communication to talk to someone about your reason for not being able to keep it ,the staff is especially rude as well especially the old witch that looks like witche pooo with the long black hair ,they only give u a half an hour to shop and some lady before us cut into our time because she was buying the wedding party bracelets and they old lady yelled us saying we have been there well beyond our time witch is a total lie ,the guy that works there that also makes the bracelets is also rude and I had to have one bracelet fixed that was broken ans he interrogated me ,like good cop bad cop and asked me 3 times is this my bracelet or someone else’s ,ans finally let me switch it for one that wasn’t broken ,don’t waste ur money ,u can buy a cape cod bracelet any where down the cape and this place is a joke ,I hope other people feel the same way and are honest about it and feel it’s a horrible place as well

Excellent experience! Yes, there are a lot of hurdles to get over to get that admission ticket, but if you're patient, lucky, and willing to follow the procedures , you'll find that once you get there everyone is so friendly and helpful. I had a 1:30 ticket, got there at 1:20, the "gate" opened at exactly 1:30, and within five minutes I was in the shop. My sales person was lovely and I never once felt rushed. I also loved that she was able to share some interesting history about two Eden bracelets I purchased in the 90s. I look forward to returning next summer!

Tickets are limited because everything is hand crafted. I obtained tickets through patience and planning as expected. I arrived for my appointment and the woman completing check in was kind and informative. Once I got inside the staff was extremely helpful and gave me amble time to look through the jewelry to make my decision with no pressure. I highly recommend!

Pretentious.Inflexible, overly complicated and unnecessary reservation system. They don’t list the products you can expect to find / buy inside and they don’t take card. It’s fine if you don’t take card, but at least show a sampling of your products or prices on your website beforehand. HOW am I supposed to know how much cash to bring, or what type of budget to expect?Staff was hovering over us the entire time - which I understand - but to a painful degree. Everything was behind glass; the only thing they’re concerned with is people taking photos. It put unnecessary pressure on us.We had accidentally reserved 2 tickets instead of 3 but were unable to modify our reservation. They only one party allow inside the store (a literal shed) at a time — it would’ve been totally reasonable to allow our third member, who had to sit inside the car, inside with us. Staff were rude about not accommodating when we kindly mentioned it.Our family has always had a tradition of wearing Eden’s classic Dennis bracelets. They are very classy. They do not have much variety otherwise to justify the time or fuss. Every other design in comparison (mermaids, apple blossoms, fish, etc) felt childish in comparison. In our group’s opinion, not worth the extra $100+ on top of their timeless Dennis design.Once we were Eden purists. This unfriendly, inflexible, pressured experience has tainted our perception. We will likelynot return.

I have never been to Eden Hand Arts and by the looks of it I never will. I don't visit Cape Cod very often, but planned to go this year and I cannot get a ticket to get in to their store. I went to their site to try and get a ticket and was frustrated by all the rules and regulations Eden has in place. I will take my money to another jewelry store on the Cape who appreciates their customers. I think they think they are the Hermes of jewelry.
