I can’t express how very disappointed I am in how I was treated by you. I called yesterday morning sharing how concerned I was about Zoe’. I was told there were no appointments available but I would get a call back. I waited all day for a call back! I NEVER received a call. I have been bringing my dogs to you for over 15 years. I never bothered you with any concerns. When a customer reaches out with a concern the least you could do is show some concern. Zoe once seen by another Vet does have a condition that required immediate treatment and attention. Unfortunately ,after many years of going to your office I will not be returning. To be clear I did not demand an immediate appointment but the courtesy of a call back. Dr. Neese needs to address her front office staff and how they respond to her patients needs. So very disappointed.

I called to see if I could get help with my cats nails. I live right next door and expressed my cat gets extremely car sick. I felt dismissed by the receptionist. I was cut off before I even finished my statement. I had heard from others that the staff here were not too kind but I wanted to give it a go. Definitely very dismissive and did not want to listen. I understand that they can't do it but there is a kinder way to say you can't help rather than talking over me and saying we can't help patients that don't live on the cape when I clearly explained I live next door and was wondering if anybody in office could help me with nails. Steer clear unless you want to be dismissed and talked over. ?♀️
Update: they "don't know what they could do to be kinder?" According to below comments including mine. Teach your receptionist to not be rude to me and all of the other people who also mentioned your very rude receptionist. She is dismissive and speaks over people. She shouldn't be there if she can't work with the public in a kind professional manner especially veterinary services with animals!

I have been bringing my dogs here for over 15 years. Recently I was very concerned about my dog. I reached out and was told there were no appointments available but someone would get back to me. I waited all day very concerned about my dog. No one ever called back. My dog was seen by another vet today and does have a condition that needed immediate treatment and attention. A little more attention and concern and compassion would have been appreciated. None was shown to me. I will never go back to this Veterinary Hospital!

Receptionist was and utterly disputing human being. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. She was extremely rude, abrasive, and depraved. I was calling about serious life or death emergency with my dog and she couldn't have been more rude and uncaring and unhelpful. She literally as rude sounding as possibly told me to immediately put my dog down. I immediately called a differant place and they were helpful and thought her suggestion was disgusting, unthoughtful and couldn't be any further from the truth and that she should be fired and I should complain. I absolutely am. This place should be avoided like the plauge

From reception thru technician to Doctor, We couldn't be happier! Sarge is loved and treated and we'd highly recommend DVH to any and all pets and their owners...see you all soon, gang!

I just had my first experience with the Dennis Veterinary Hospital! My Cat Boo and I couldn’t be more thrilled! We loved the very caring, personal experience, and EVERYONE working there! They were so sincerely loving and gentle with Boo. Any anxiety Boo and I may had had was quickly dashed. I can’t thank them enough!

I really value Dr. Neese.a and the staff at DVH. They are accommodating and no nonsense. They promote overall health for your pet without forcing extras to pad the bill. They have been wonderful with my 12 year old German Shepherd and I am very grateful to have found them.

What a great veterinarian and office staff at Dennis Veterinary Hospital . Dr Neese has been so kind and knowledgable about a variety of medical issues for our boxer and is so responsive when you need immediate care. Our dog loves to go to the Vets so that says a lot!

We feel very fortunate that we are able to call this establishment our pets Veterinarian. Last week I called about our dog Otto, he wasn't feeling well at all, has been ill for some time, and I was worried. Being familiar with him The receptionist did her best and they got me an appointment right away. They were compassionate and understanding.Sadly, after everything was clearly and calmly explained. My heart was broken and I knew the right choice was to let him go.Everyone, and I mean everyone on staff is and was kind, compassionate, caring. Thank you for everything you had done to try and help Otto while he was with us. What each and every member of your team does is amazing and takes a special kind of person to do what you all do...Thank you,Mary and Erica

Dr Neese is great , she came to my house when I had to put my baby to sleep. She was very compassionate and caring. Now if she would only get rid of her VERY RUDE RECEPTIONIST. Jennifer should not be allowed to work with animals or the public for that matter

My dog needed emergency surgery. I was denied help from this hospital using their donations they get through Sampson Fund, because he wasn't dying. This is the only hospital I've talked with that doesn't use their donations from The Sampson fund the right way. The billing department was so rude to me on 4 different occasions I know it was the same woman also, I was beyond disgusted with how each time I was cut off just to say nope ur dog isn't sick enough. I'm being generous giving them more than 1 star and that was only for their receptionist who was an absolute angel.
