The CVS store itself is standard, one person on register/6 in line with 2 checkout robots that constantly malfunction. CVS PHARMACY goes above and beyond though; it's quite literally the poorest run operation of any kind I have ever had the misfortune to stumble across. The pharmacy techs have NO pharmaceutical knowledge, which doesn't matter in the end because they literally make an effort to be rude/rejecting your humanity. Not indifferent, not unhappy with their job, but quite literal disgust for anyone standing across from them. They nonchalantly disseminate incorrect information regarding medications like a local giving directions to a tourist. Pharmacists are equally disenchanted with existence. Pharmacists routinely have no technical knowledge beyond the information on the side of the bottle. I understand your disillusionment. But really, with all those drugs back there I can't get one smile and an engaging personality?

Unbelievably bad. Prescription for doxy (I got a tick bite) was called in and it took a week to fill. Now I’ve got Lyme disease and need full treatment. Pharmacist was rude and did not care nor did she care to find out why it took so long. This pharmacy is consistently bad on all levels and now switching to another

store is open till 10. had an emergency. went at 9:28. checked the hours of EVERY CVS, could have gone to another one.. but thought no this is closer to home. Had no time to go anywhere else because they all close at 10 around here. I was standing at the door and the woman just kept staring TOTALLY KNOWS I AM THERE. Makes zero effort to do her job and assist me, Mind you technically THEY ARE OPEN. So I knock, still ignored me till I had to aggressively knock on the door to get an answer(like is the door broken? ) and she comes cracks the door " sorry cant work alone had to close the store " *slam* . Rude & unbelievably lazy. literally staring at me the whole time. I would not have cared or written a review had she said "hey sorry im alone here ! had to close early" , but she just ignored me in the cold knocking on the door while staring at me DURING their normal hours of operation

On 10/23/23 while checking in for vaccination shot with a friend. Myself and friend were treated very. Rude. Disrespectful. Unprofessional. And very. Louded talked to on our way to sit and wait for a. Vaccination shot for my. Friend. This is the most. Negative interaction either one of us has ever had at any. C. V. S. Amy the pharmacist was. Responsible for this out of line behaviour. Beware if you go to this. C.v. s. In South. Dennis. Mass. I wouldn't. Kevin???

Typical CVS that has the basics. I wanted help from the pharmacist, and when I asked her for what medication would be best she couldn’t be less interested or caring.

Asked simple questions from pharmacy tech? I don't think she could have been more rude. I've heard this pharmacy had a bad reputation and now I got to witness it personally. Good grief lady pick a job that makes you happy.

Prescription mixups, "no-answer" hold times over half an hour for basic prescription inquiries, showing prescription holds but only after having charged my credit card, processing prescriptions which were to be picked up at the pharmacy, yet instead sent to a mail order affiliate (Caremark) ... and that's pretty much just the "tip of the iceberg.

I think it is a very good pharmacy. They are overworked and lack of staff. Yet are always professionals and always have my prescriptions ready and they always have service with a smile if you want to see them smile. You always give a smile too. Thank you all at this CVS.

Beyond comprehension on how ignorant the pharmacy is run. When you are notified to pick up your prescription you wait in line for 25 minutes because the person at the register does not anticipate anything, then your informed its not ready. However, you leave the line and 30 seconds later you get a tm saying its ready. . Guess what, gotta wait in line again. Stay away!

I have given this store very negative reviews in the past because of lack of service at the pharmacy so I was compelled to submit this great review of the great experience I received today. I mean it’s 180 degree different from every past experience dealing with the pharmacy this time. I received great customer service from the pharmacy personnel and awesome customer service from the pharmacist Christian. I greatly appreciate his friendly demeanor and making my shopping experience a pleasant one. He provided me great customer service by being informative and taking his time to explain things and actually providing me options to save money on my medications. He went above and beyond making my shopping experience wonderful, a completely opposite of my previous experiences with this CVS. This young man should be providing your other pharmacy employees at other stores training on how to treat customers and not just making transactions. Forming positive relationships with the customers, and building trust. A complete turn around in the coworkers demeanor and it permeates on the customer’s experience. My hats off to Christian for caring enough about his customers and his staff, it shows! He should win a vacation to Aruba or something for contributing to a culture change in that store!

The worst CVS in the chain. Prescriptions are never ready on time. Never! Even when I get a text to come and pickup they’re always “in process” and they make you wait 15-30 minutes. They’re either incompetent, understaffed, or not trained to handle the volume. I’ve moved my prescriptions to Walgreens after 25 years as a loyal CVS customer. Inconvenient for me but far more healthier than having to deal with the pharmacy at this location.

Don't waste your time at the pharmacy. Some incompetent pharmacists working here. Sent me on a wild goose chase to get doctor to contact my insurance company for prescription approval, only to tell me days later that they (CVS) DO NOT carry the medication I requested, and they haven't carried it in YEARS, and they aren't able to get it for me, either! Wish they had told me that two days ago! I need to get a new pharmacy.

I waited in the checkout lane. When my turn the walked around the counter and said I had to use the self checkout. I did not use the self checkouts because 5 years old ago my card was compromised at a self out. So I left my items on the counter and told her I was calling corporate to complain. Then she wanted to helpful.

Had a very good experience receiving my Moderna booster shot. Space was spotless clean. They took me on time. The pharmacist was gracious and explained everything.
