Blown away by the help and service from Mary Ann. I have been buying shoes online for a family member with very swollen feet and nothing has worked. Maryann took the time to walk me through the process and gave me a loaner pair to try on since my aunt lives off cape. Even offered to look at pictures after trying on so she can make any recommendations needed so she can have shoes that finally fit her. After service like that, take all my money, I'll only buy my shoes there now. In fact I picked up a pair of Birkenstocks I have been eyeing. Thank you so much. They carry just about everything in this store. They know their stuff that is for sure.

Maryann went far beyond normal service to help me out. The shop has a great vibe and a tremendous selection. Beyond the normal 'big-box' shoe retailer with competitive prices.

Horrible experience. I brought my mom with alzheimers for shoes which is so difficult anyway. I will never get over the absolute rudeness of the woman who "helped" us. I could cry. After trying on three pairs, the woman was done helping us. My mom said "we're done?" We were not, but that woman was and it really wasn't worth having my mom be spoken to like that. Never. Again.

Maryann was so helpful and kind. She stayed open past closing time and didn’t rush me. I found 2 pairs of new shoes for a new job and love them both. I was not familiar with the brand, Charleston, and now they’re my fave pair! We have shopped there off and on for the last 18 years. A local gem, and I’m so happy they made it through the pandemic.

My husband and I came to the Cape from California. We are new parents and get to have our first fancy dinner without baby, however I didn’t pack nice shoes. We luckily found Cape Cod Shoe Market online and decided to give it a try. And IM SO GLAD WE DID!! It had such a large variety of all different kind of shoes. We were greeted and got wonderful help from the employee. It made shoe shopping easy & seamless! We will definitely be back! 5 stars ⭐️

My favorite shoe store. The shoes are high quality and reasonably priced. I've compared prices with online stores and have always paid less at the CC Shoe Mart. I have narrow feet and it is almost impossible to find shoes that fit. The owner of the store, Maryann, is extremely knowledgeable and has a talent of finding ways to make shoes fit just right! I would highly recommend this shoe store!

Has everything you need for vacation, or upcoming travel, prices are the best you will find in Cape Cod for what you are buying. If they don’t have what you are looking for ask the owner , she is great and knows her footwear. Always leave there with good quality stuff.
