I was doing some work in the area and was starving for breakfast. I called in a breakfast wrap that sounded really good - ham, egg, cheese and honey mustard. They put the wrap on a panini press and it was soooooo delicious. Hit the spot! Will be back for sure, thanks :)

I went to Buckies on 12/31/23 hoping to get a handful of bagels for new years day morning (trying to plan ahead as I wasn't sure what kind of breakfast places would be open on New Years Day). I got to Buckies around 2:30 p.m. I asked if I could get 6 bagels to go. The worker behind the register seemed confused and then attempted to put the order into the computer. Eventually, when I was about to pay, he said they can't just give bagels to go. I asked, "why not"? The worker said, "Because there is no button on the computer for it, so the cooks won't know what to do". There was no line behind me, so I asked if the worker if he could just walk back to the kitchen and explain to the chefs that we just want 6 bagels in a bag (not cutting, no toasting, and no cream cheese/butter). I was willing to pay whatever they charge for a bagel w/ cream cheese/butter, but simply just wanted 6 bagels in a bag, and if possible with cream cheese on the side. The worker was totally baffled by my request and said he cannot do that. It is very hard to believe that a bakery that sells bagels could not accommodate a simple request for 6 bagels to go especially since we were willing to pay the price for a normal "eat in bagel" for take-out purposes. I was disappointed by how inflexible the staff member was being. Just because "there is no button on the computer" should not prohibit a simple order for bagels. Can't comment on the food, since we did not get any, but based on the service and customer relations, we will not be going back.

Drinks were good. On the expensive side, but you get what you pay for.

The food is good, we got the #2 bagel, cinnamon roll and blueberry scone. Very good sweets. The place needs to be cleaned, it’s pretty dirty.

Excellent soups!!I’m not much of a sweets eater, but I do love their biscotti and coconut toast (never even heard of it before coming here). It’s their soups that have me going back regularly! Fresh, homemade and delicious. A winter staple for me!Nice grab and go containers and comes with good bread. If you are pressed for time this is not your place but I get it.I’d give the soup a 5+

Incredibly disappointed with my experience this previous visit. We ordered two drinks and two sandwiches. It took them about 25 minutes to bring out the sandwiches- no problem, they were severely understaffed which I completely understand. They made my sandwich wrong (I asked for a cold one and they made it a panini) and upon me very kindly telling them, the worker rudely asked "Okay what do you want me to do about it?" I asked if it was possible for them to quickly remake it and she told me that it wasn't possible because they had too many orders. Like I said, they were understaffed which I get, but the worker didn't so much as apologize for this mistake. We then had to wait another half hour (an hour in total) for them to make our smoothie.

Many homemade bread choices for their many tasty sandwiches. Lunch special roast beef sandwich (with onions, tomato, lettuce, Swiss, & Sriracha mayo on toasted ciabatta) was juicy and tender. Fought over the giant portion with the spouse! Baked deserts galore and great teas and coffee accompaniments. Maybe best is the laid back, semi-quirky dining area. That lowered my blood pressure while I filled my belly. Occasional live entertainment is quiet enough to easily converse. One could spend hours here relaxing.

Tried to eat here twice, Sunday and again today. Got In a line that never moved. Tried to do their grab and go, they said I would still need to wait in the order line? Won’t try this place again.

Wow. So much more than biscotti here. Excellent cookies, too. Sandwiches and drinks, coffee, shirts...worth a stop!
