I am being generous with 3 stars, because I rarely have difficulties at this store. It's busy in the summer, so they run out of large coffee cups. I will select a large, as indicated by an automated machine, and use an extra large cup. Is there a better suggestion? At the register I make it clear that they are out of large cups, so that I put my large in a bigger cup. The cashier tried to charge me extra large anyway. When I made it clear that she was charging me the wrong price, she gave me an attitude. This is a shameful managerial issue. This is not how a regular customer should be treated.

Tell the old lady that she is getting pay to help out customers. Not hide and let them wait 10 minutes to exchange their tickets or buy something behind the counter. Making a coworker come back from brake just to help out so she can pretend to be doing something else. Bad customer service. Not the first time to witness it. The coworker was great helping out.

Dirty staff is always in a bad moodand in the past year, all the help has changed, and hours are inconsistent. When are u open? See u down the street at DPM. My go-to store for everything.

Nice 711 finally, large with big selection and friendly help. I haven't been here in over half a year, I hated this place before. However new fresh team and new approach to work changed my opinion.

The hours for this 7/11 are advertised as 24/7. However I went there the other night and they were closed by 10pm, and tonight, Saturday they were close at 11:55pm. There were people in the store, but the doors were locked. When I called the store to find out the hours of operation, I visibly saw the person working ignore the call, pick up the phone, and hang up. Extremely frustrating and accurate business hours should be updated.

Went here several times to buy sandwiches and pick up a few grocery items. The good: prepared food is decent and reasonably priced, a good variety of groceries with very reasonable prices, the cashiers were nice/friendly, they carry alcohol. The bad: the people that work preparing food are total a-hole$ and super grumpy and unfriendly. I visited several times thinking that maybe they were having an off day the first time, but nope, they are always unfreindly. Given this is the Cape, I expect a certain amount of cranky-ness but they are down right nasty. I won't go back because of their attitude. If I'm spending my hard-earned money here, the least I expect is a little bit of thankfulness.

Great store on our visits. Never bought a sandwich from the shop inside, so I can't comment on that, but the usual 7-11 stuff was great. Iced Latte's seem to be empty/missing from a lot of other 7-11's, but here they had all the flavors and were full. Store is big and roomy. Our visits were during the day and the employees checking out were all friendly.
