We bring all our family cars to Sam's Automotive Center. They are honest, fairly priced and communicate well. When we bring a car in for repair they give options of repair or replace when they can. Last time they even saved the broken part to show me why it needed to be replaced. I highly recommend them.

This was my second visit to Sam’s with my Toyota Tacoma. Both times the service went above and beyond my expectations. Nobody ever wants to have something go wrong with a vehicle and need service. Sam’s has very fair pricing and top notch mechanics. I have 130K on the truck and developed a vibration/sound that caused concern. Four new tires, a rear wheel bearing, and synthetic oil change and the taco has never been quieter! Also, I got 24 mpg right out of the gate. Highly recommended!!!

Yesterday my tire went flat. AAA changed it to the small spare tire, and I drove to Sam’s. Sam’s was busy, but the person inside the office went out of his way to check the tire for leaks and it has been completely fine since!

My husband took our car to Sam’s after we noticed one of our tires was flat. We were on the cape for vacation for the first time and not sure what to do. Sam’s auto plugged our tire quickly & at a reasonable price. We were able to resume our vacation without stressing over the tire!

We brought our Ford Explorer to Sam's suspecting a bad alternator. It turned out to be a loose belt and tensioner. We also had our oil changed. The work was done quickly and the price was very reasonable. Employees were polite, informative, and professional. Definitely recommend .

These guys are great! Extremely fair pricing. I had them do a full synthetic oil change on my F150 and with inspection sticker, it was $150. A lot of other places want more than that just for the oil change. They also quoted me an awesome price for brake pads which, I will have them do. Finally, they helped they helped me out with a sticky situation when I needed it. They really care for the community and it shows!

On the Cape for 4th of July ended up with a flat tire... Found Sams on yelp - they were very helpful with giving me a tow trucks number to get my car to them... And were able to save/patch the tire instead of ordering a new one... Very quick service and very honest workers - appreciate it!

We broke down in Eastham yesterday, the vehicle just would not start, so we called AAA for a tow and Silver Cloud arrived a short time after the call. Once he arrived he took a look at the vehicle and said it definitely is not going to start, and got the vehicle ready to be transported. We first thought to have the vehicle towed to our home, and the tow driver said your pretty close to Sam's Automotive and you might just want to have me tow it there, then you would need a second tow, made sense and we have heard good things about Sam's in Dennisport, so that was the plan and we called for an Uber. Our vehicle was towed to Sam's, FYI the Silver Cloud Driver was very nice and professional.This morning I called Sam's and asked if they had a chance to take a look at the vehicle and was told not yet, but will check it out soon and give us a call back. About an hour and a half later they called, told us what the problem (starter Motor)was and gave us a price. We said to do the repair, and asked if it would be ready today? They said it would be ready today. We received a call shortly after 4:00PM that the vehicle was ready, so we walked to Sam's and the vehicle was ready, was shown the part that needed to be replaced, paid the bill, asked about other services and was on our way. They were very nice, professional, great service at good prices. We would highly recommend Sam's automotive in Dennisport for auto services.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I needed to replace the serpentine belt on my truck. I was able to bring it to them that morning and they were able to make the repairs, and I had my truck back that afternoon. Great service.

Several weeks ago I discovered a flat tire after shopping in the plaza across from Sam's Automotive. I was unable to get the jack to work in order to mount the spare "donut". I walked to Sam's and a mechanic came back with me, brought the proper tools, and mounted the spare, for a very small fee.Today on my other vehicle, I thought one tire seemed low so I stopped. A mechanic dropped what he was doing and checked the tire and pronounced it healthy, no charge. I'm a part time visitor to the Cape but it's nice to know I have an old school auto repair shop in the neighborhood.Service: Tires

Driving to work this morning at 7:45am when my 2015 jeep grand Cherokee struggled to accelerate and began shaking. After several attempts of trying "fix it" by turning it off and on (because that fixes everything...) i decided that this was something outside my realm of knowledge. I usually take my car to the dealership in hyannis but was concerned about driving that far and the potential costs. I thankfully "broke down" right next to Sam's Automotive in Dennis. I called at 7;50 and was pleasantly suprised when they answered the phone. Not only were they able to work on it today but they called me back less than an hour after dropping it off with a diagnosis. I was then able to pick it up..fixed..before the end of the day! They were upfront, honest, and so reasonably priced. They even showed me exactly what parts they changed when i arrived to pick it up. I was super nervous dropping my car "at a random mechanic" because you never know who is going to screw you and throw in random costs. Sam's was so pleasant to work with. I didnt like i was being ripped off or pressured into fixing things that "might be an issue later"...which is what you often encounter at other places. In fact... I think i found my new car guys!
