I've always been a fan of Cumberland Farms; growing up, I had one right on my block. It was founded in 1938, in Cumberland, RI as a dairy farm and expanded to Massachusetts. The first store opened in the 1950s, in Bellingham, Massachuseets. There are currently 575 stores located in Connecticut, Florida, Massachusetts, Maine, New York, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont. I've enjoyed them in RI, FL, and now CT.
We stopped at this location on our road trip to New Hampshire. Gas was comparable to other stations but we were there for the snacks. I love the chips, desserts, drinks, coffee, etc. it's definitely a one stop shop convenience store. The place was large, clean, and organized.

One of the most chaotic stores I have ever patronized. When the service is good it's good I'll give them that. Lately though there has been drama and nothing but drama. I have heard business about other people's lives from management being talked about openly that has no business being shared publicly in a store. I just waited out in the rain and listened to a shift manager absolutely berate her pregnant coworker for leaving early because she was sick. The only reason that I can post this and not worry about retaliation is the fact that I am no longer able to patronize this store for lunch. For all of you that do I highly suggest that you avoid going in the evening. I can't speak for the day shift but the evening shift with the exception of Mike is absolute chaos.

Unless one of the 2 girls with glasses is working, they won't have any decent hot food. Even at primetime dinner hours 6-630pm. Countless times I've gone in when someone else is working and there is literally only 2 hotdogs available for hot food. Everything else is completely empty. Disappointing as someone who gets his break foods from places like this.

You shorted me on my gas, do the math. Hope you're not ripping everybody off for 3 cents on 10$, I'm sure one penny a gallon adds up. Just enough but not too much so that people (hopefully) won't notice, right?

Stopped tonight at 10pm to get gas. I went to one pump and tried to use the app to pay for gas. I entered all my info and my phone said start pumping. Then the pump was stuck on authorizing card. I tried a second time and got stuck in the same spot . I gave up on the app and tried my credit card . Same result. Switched pumps, same result. I noticed someone trying to go into the store and the doors were locked. All lights were on and the store is supposed to be 24 hours. If you have to close thats fine, but turn the lights off so people dont waste their time. You are better off going to the Irving down the street.

Would give 0 stars if able. Stopped to use restroom at 11:20pm and the 2 very rude girls working refused to let us because the floor was freshly mopped. One of them also yelled at a young man pumping gas because he "left" his vehicle to get windshield wash. NOT his fault that the container wasn't full. Will NEVER use this store for anything. And as far as the other guy, he was at your local competitor letting them know that their service was WAY better than yours.

Usually pretty clean, friendly staff any time I've stopped in, usually stocked fairly well, good location & easy for parking.
