Very “Off-Putting” customer service. I came in for the new “Peche, Le Creuset” cookware set. The entire encounter was discomforting. I felt as if the old guy, and odd lady were being prejudice. I definitely don’t recommend going to this location. Every other store in legacy place has exceptional customer service (Except these retailers). I Kindly just walked right out. I will spend my dollar through the Lecreuset official website.
Hire better people! I have my natural southern hospitality so I know it was a prejudice thing towards my skin color….(Also, big and pregnant) This is In excusable Williams Sonoma

Store is a standard Williams Sonoma but the staff is ranges from helpful to outright rude.One employee was helping us with an online order when another became rude to us while the other employee went to the back room to get our item. She kept asking us to move from the register we had already started our transaction at and forced the other employee to start over at another register, carrying a big box across the store.The rude staff is frankly enough of a reason to avoid this store entirely.

Went to this store on 3/31 to buy a gift, after confirming on the website that they had inventory of the item I wanted to buy. When I arrive they say the only inventory they have is the one demo unit which isn't for sale.They said they can ship it to me arriving by 4/7. I went ahead with the purchase as I needed to give the gift on 4/9. Cutting it close but I though WS is a premium brand so they will make it happen.I got a confirmation email saying deliver by 4/7.On 4/5 I go to the email and check the order tracking link and turns out the item is back ordered and the delivery date was reset to by 4/14. No notification was sent to me about the delay, the only way I knew was to go track it.I called customer service thinking again that at a premium outlet like WS they would make the situation right. Boy was I wrong!They said they can upgrade shipping but only if I pay extra for it. Given all the broken promises I'm not about to pay extra for something that WS is delayed on.I asked why they couldn't send an email informing me the item was delayed so I would know and can make decisions accordingly. The Customer Service Supervisor had the gall to tell me that "Customer Service has nothing to do with the emails that get sent to the customer."Wow! Not a premium brand anymore. Premium brands need premium customer service and WS has failed spectacularly in this regard.At a time when the economy is shaky and premium products aren't exactly flying off the shelf you would think WS would try to keep the customers they have. Garbage experience. Never going back.

Beware of this store upon purchasing anything, the staff is quite shady. They will double charge you and pretend they didn't do anything nor have any record of anything upon trying to dispute it. The staff is not friendly at all, they will humiliate you if you look lower class as a customers and not even offer to assist in the store. Awful experience...Bad customer service!!!

You’d think i’d get a “thank you” for pointing out a serious safety hazard…but instead the salesman unfavorably compared me to a child.Selection was fine but a bit lacking compared to other WS stores.

Very problematic experience. They seem to justify their ridiculously high prices by showing how valuable their items are by keeping goods locked away so that you can't simply pick something off the floor and buy it... good luck tracking down a salesperson to go in the back and search, only to tell you they don't have it in stock. half an hour wasted. Disappointing. I figured going in to an expensive store would be fun at least for the experience and for once was prepared to pay their prices.

Went into the Dedham store today with my wife. We stood at the register to buy an item and were ignored. One woman walked away from the registers without any acknowledgement. Another woman working near the register walked away to adjust items on a nearby shelf. Other than the employees, we were the only consumers in the store.
