The customer service was unacceptably bad. Agents were rude and dismissive, lacked basic knowledge, showing no interest in resolving my issue effectively. Don’t waste your time there.

1st off - I go here for all my Verizon (826 Providence Hwy. Dedham, MA) needs because they are the best BUT Mike the manager was able to fix a problem with my iPhone that I have spent over 6 hours with others (on the phone) trying to fix. Mike fixed it in about 15mins - he is phenomenal!

Went to the Dedham Verizon store and the staff were great. Was looking for the new IPhone 15 and a gentleman named Tas helped us out and told us all the deals and we ended up trading our old iPhones in and got the new iPhone 15 for free! Verizon has a deal where if you trade in your old iPhone you get $830 credit which we used towards getting the new iPhone 15. We had AT&T and Tas made it it easy for us to transfer over to Verizon. He was super helpful and patient because I am not tech savvy. I am super amazed by his professionalism and would recommend him to everybody looking to become a Verizon member

I went to the Verizon corporate office store, not to be confused with the other Verizon retail stores I say that because after going to the Verizon retail store that couldn't help me out after being hacked and after calling Verizon 1-800 number that couldn't help me I ended up going to the corporate office and they had 2 young employees that spent about one hour and saved my cellphone and information , they were incredible 5 ? star's. I truly appreciated what they did

1 star for the store being clean. Another star for seeing me faster than expected.I came to fix my phone volume issues. The incoming volume was bare minimum. The customer service told me its because my phone is too old and im prepaid customer. Trying to upsell me the latest phone.Went home. Googled how to fix it. I had to brush the speaker with a toothbrush for 10 seconds. Problem solved.Lesson learned: they are not going to help you.

Orlando is the man! He and Allen helped me merge two phones into one and got all the contacts and data consolidated despite many many challenges and roadblocks. Highly recommend.

Excellent service from Austin this morning. Unfortunately the phone I was looking for was not in stock at this location but he was very helpful. He talked through upgrade options, making me an account manager, and other locations that had the phone in stock.

Terrible Customer Service. Was sent to them from Apple after having my phone repaired. The initial interaction should have told me the quality of customer service I was going to get. After all, they are on commission and activating my phone won’t make them any money. The woman “helping” me just kept complaining how Apple sends us to them. As if I had any other option. The phone after being repaired was not longer connected to celular service and needed activation. I could call they said, but how. this is my phone.In the middle of “helping” me the womand started helping another customer and when I questioned her, she got aggressive. AND the “manager,” Mike got aggressive as well…all trying to make their point that I needed them and without them, had a useless piece of technology.this was my first instance using Verizon. For the last 15 years I was an AT&T customer. But their cell service is so bad in my house, we switched. So regretting that decision.do better Verizon. I didn’t choose to have to go to you. And I’m so sorry if my time there ate into your earnings. But you Need-To-Do-Better

This is the ONLY Verizon store I will go to. The representatives are knowledgeable, understanding and will do what they can to help you. I have never received bad customer service. Highly recommend.

I love this store the Manager Dan is awesome and a great guy and Pat is so helpful when it comes to the affordable connectivity discount too. She educated me on how to apply it to my bill I love these employees. I really enjoy going to this store because I know I will get the best care. Not sure why everyone is hating on this Verizon store. The employees here are awesome and I think they are all super great. I hope they get paid well for their efforts and Service working for Verizon. I will continue going to this store just because the staff that I mentioned are really incredible and super awesome. I would trust this store and the employees that work here over any other store if I need help. Definitely turned into a regular customer here

I wish I can rate them less than one star. Worst place for service I have ever experienced. We were signed in 20 minutes after we arrived and they took the person that came 20 minutes after us, even though she told them we were ahead of her. Bad service, employees, and manager. Stay away!

I have been in this store a few times and left. Nobody knew what they were doing, the ones that did know weren't any help! Recently I was getting a new phone. I was able to order over the phone. When they open the phones at the store they throw them around. After a few problems it wasn't my first choice but at this time, going through Verizon was supposed to save money.... that didn't happen!

I enjoyed having another customer, stranger, with a City of Boston Hoodie on, shout “GAYYY!” at me, an unsuspecting black man on 12/6/22 at around 4pm. Of course he did it, with my back turned. Glad the store employee found it funny(when I get you fired, I’ll be laughing too)
