    Fantastic experience today with Austin. He helped us erase an old phone and put replacement screen protectors on two phones. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, but also courteous and efficient. Definitely my best experience at Verizon!! Thank you, Austin!!!

    1st off - I go here for all my Verizon (826 Providence Hwy. Dedham, MA) needs because they are the best BUT Mike the manager was able to fix a problem with my iPhone that I have spent over 6 hours with others (on the phone) trying to fix. Mike fixed it in about 15mins - he is phenomenal!
