Diya was super helpful. Came in for a screen protector for my Samsung S23 Ultra. She took the time to ring me up and apply the protector in front of me. Easy process and most importantly carefully applied. I would come back to this location.

They said I have to have to get here 30 min before closing and I got there 15 minutes before close and even though I wanted to buy a phone. I drove for 20 min to get there and just because they were closing they couldn’t help me. You might as well update your hours to closing at 7:30. What a great experience, by the way no professionalism. Train the manager to help the store succeed.

We got there at 7:50 and the receptionist said he can’t help because they they close at 8 and they short staff. The manager was just standing there with no client and she started screaming with attitude what is the question…. Really bad client service, I also work at client service we close out doors at 4 until then we help everyone that walks in. Please advise your employees because that’s no way to treat clients.

Not crazy about this location. Wish the Legacy Place Location didn't close. When leaving the plaza I think the intersection should be a no turn on red but I know you don't have control over that.

Ask for Wes. We upgraded 2 iPhones and he was quick and efficient. Unfortunately, one phone gave us issues when downloading from the Cloud at home. We returned to the store and Wes got it reset and working immediately. He is great and really knows his products, pricing, plans and more.

Great experience upgrading my phone. So easy and no hassle.I didn't have to wait at all They have plenty of help.Yaya recommended an upgrade, took my phone, programmed my new phone and had me on my way in 10 minutes. Satisfied!

My husband and I arrived late on Thursday last week. We had only expected to gather some information regarding transferring our very unsatisfactory wireless service that we had with them to T-Mobile. However, upon our arrival Kaleb, the sales representative, and later Jason, the store manager, were so kind and consumer friendly that they stayed two hours after closing to help us transfer two iPhones and one Apple Watch. Of course, there were several complications during those two hours to complete these transactions. Not only is Verizon the King of Dropped Calls, but it was, at least for us, the King Fisher of sorts whose tentacles were making it very difficult for us to sever our service with them. Following our transactions we thanked Kaleb and Jason for their exceptional kindness and understanding and we departed- only to be called back by Kaleb five miles down the road, because we had left one of our iPhones there. I sincerely hope that our very positive experience with T-Mobile, and particularly with Kaleb and Jason, is shared with upper management. T-Mobile is truly very fortunate to have such incredible employees working for them.
