I brought my car there recently and had a accident where I got hit in the rear bumper. I thought I was bringing it in for just routine body work. I was driving my car for a week and half with no issues with brakes. Geico my insurance was taking care of it. I was able to contact Zack and made my way to bring in the car. Once I brought my car in I made sure everything brakes were good and excellent. Man at this point I knew I made a mistake bringing my car that was drivable with the minor collision to this place. I get a phone call 2 weeks later stating my brake lights are on. I'm like how I brought you my car with outstanding brakes. He asked me do you have a mechanic? I'm like yeah I do. I quickly get on the phone with my insurance and say hey I got a call stating my brake light is on can you go check. I get a call back from Zack the owner/manager whatever he is stating I put oil and that light went away. I get a call to come pick it up no mention of the brake fluid leak on the rear nothing. I come pick it up. We were talking even talking about a paint job no mention of the brakes. He gives me my keys listen I'm coming from driving a rental suv Toyota Rav-4 for 3 weeks to driving my Honda Accord so there is adjustments thinking things felt weird, but I'm like everything might be okay. Wrong my brake light, VSA LIGHT came on after 5 minutes of riding it my car had no brakes. He knew it and put my life in jeopardy I quickly got home and made my claim agent aware that I just drove my car without no breaks. I called this man named Zack in the morning and with no sympathy said I told you. I said you didn't tell me nothing you said it was all set I put oil and the light came off. So basically since the light came off everything was okay. Not once he mentioned the brakes when I picked up the car not once he knew there was a leak still, because he told my unhelpful claim agent that it was leaking in my lot. the negligence on this man's part is absurd that he even let me leave with my car like that. I could of hit someone, but he let me leave thinking everything is fine. He basically saw no money on doing my car since it was minimal damage. he wanted to get more so leaking my brake lines in his possession shows me how awful Autobody places can be to people. It's a scam and the insurance company doesn't care either, because its all about the money. Zack you have failed to provide service, care, and respect for your clients. This man does the bare minimum to ensure the safety of his clients if he is not getting paid for the work that he initially sabotaged since I never had problems and drove that car perfectly until I brought to him and his autobody shop. A leak like that only comes when they want to get more money from you since I told him. I had a mechanic he quickly tried to cover it up. He quickly blames everything on rust. So it's magically dripping all oil. I brought my car in good faith in his hands, but sometimes the hands you bring it too have other intentions. Not to be trusted for your car please don't recommend. NO BRAKE LIGHTS WERE ON AFTER MY ACCIDENT FOR A WEEK AND HALF EXPLAIN? YOU DID SOMETHING? NOT RUST JUST NEGELLIENCE ON YOUR PART AND YOUR TEAM.......

I had them install a replacement bumper I got at a salvage yard for my 2003 Toyota. They did an amazing job. And for a very reasonable charge. I recommend them highly

Unfortunately few weeks ago I hit my car on a pole happened. So called all around to check pricing, find someone at craigslist that did horrible job. So the cheap became expensive. Looked and asked around about a good place, then my friend recommended me about river street so I went there. I left the car that was ready day after, they scrap the other paint job (Craigslist) And redone everything, color is perfectly match no way to know it's been an accident I will keep there contact and that's my auto body shop from now on.
