I just left the Red Wing store in Dedham Mass. I have been buying my boots there since the store opened approximately 5 years ago. I always buy work boot # D2244. Best in-store customer service experience I've had, probably best ever. If you need good work or hiking boots and are looking for a quality product, Red Wing should be your next stop.

Very helpful staff. I was taking boots back to Scotland August 2023 as a gift for my son. The very polite and friendly gentleman made sure that I had exactly what I needed. Thank you.
