BE AWARE!! I would give a 0 stars if that was a possibility!! I went to this salon with my mom a couple of times and had no issues, until recently. The salon owner Tracy has always said "if you have any issues or concerns with your services to let her know" so she can make things right and to teach her staff to provide excellent service. Well, the last time both my mom and I went, we were getting pedicures and the employee, I think she said her name is "Snow" who was doing my mom's service "REFUSED" to take all of the polish off from a previous pedicure that she received from this salon! She was getting a pink polish on this specific day and you could see all the purple polish on the sides of her toes. She mentioned it and the woman kept saying "I don't see what you are talking about". We even asked Tracy to see so she could resolve problem with the pedicure, she acted like she was blind and also said " I don't see anything". I mean how hard is it to use more nail polish remover to take off remaining polish from a previous pedicure of a different nail polish? Apparently, it's rocket science!!! That's all it takes for us to never return to this crap show of a salon!

Staff staff were very nice. The manicure was beautiful. The environment was clean and attractive. Couldn’t ask for more.

I did a walk-in for a gel manicure at 2 pm. Luckily they were able to take me. I showed the owner a inspo pic and she helped me pick out the matching color. Very nice owner and clean location. My nail tech, Lin was great and patient. Thank you!!!

Had a great mani and pedi today. I was late and had to ask them to do it super fast to get to my next appt! They did it fast, exceptionally well, and were so kind even helped me out to my car! I will definitely be back!!!

I’ve honestly tried to like this nail salon. On multiple occasions have I left and felt unsatisfied with the result. The first time I went in I wanted French manicure; the nail technician could not do French. I sat for about 2 1/2 hours and they looked terrible. I asked for square shape & some how I ended up with almond/coffin shape. After looking at the French she had done which was not clean,( I could have don’t them at home to be honest.) I made her color my whole nail that color, she literally just painted over the French. I walked out looked at my nails in the sun light you could see right through to the initial French. I went right back in and had her do them over. They charged me and EXTRA $15. My second time going in I got French on my toes. They looked horrible, I thought I’d give them a second chance; they tanked once again. I’ve come to the conclusion that if you wanted just regular painted mani/pedi then I guess they are an option but if you want any type of design or special look DO NOT COME HERE. P.s the first tech I mentioned has slightly red hair and sits in the middle chair.

I am so glad I found Oasis nails and this is the only place I will be going from now. Tracy is a phenomenal business owner with amazing customer service. Not sure how she does it, but she always remembers my name and the color that I did the last time I was in, even though she has so many clients. The team there is friendly and experienced and their prices are very reasonable. 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was a VERY loyal customer for years and I have sent/referred several people to this nail salon. It is VERY hard finding a great nail salon these days!! It was ALL good until... I was sadly disappointed and stopped going to the salon when I was told that I could not return to my regular nail tech - she (the nail tech) was the main reason why I started going to this nail salon to begin with!! I was told she didn't like doing nail designs but yet most of the nail designs being posted on the salons IG page were done by that very same tech. Then was told that I didn't need to return to the salon if I didn't like what was being said to me! I'm non-confrontational so I obliged and didn't return because I'm not going to argue with you to give you my hard earned money! I got bad vibes when I called recently to try and make an appointment, because my new nail girl had disappeared. It is HARD to find a nail salon that keeps consistent nail techs these days!! I tried to overlook the feeling in my gut because I figure business is business and we're grown adults! I was told that I would be put on a waitlist and I had a friend call right after me and she was able to book an appointment immediately. I then called again and was told that I would receive a call back in a couple of hours...I am STILL waiting for that call back and days well weeks have now gone by! I am disappointed...I should not have even tried to give the salon another chance after the previous experience but the salon is more convenient to get to quickly! Warning you that loyalty doesn't necessarily mean anything to the owner of this salon!
