Never come to this place I bought a phone and I was right at the store without even leaving. I tried to get my money back because I didn’t want it. The white tall guy pretended he couldn’t change it. After a while being there he did. I had to call the police after he saw the police in a second he gave me back cash 100 but pretended to give me 126.00 I also paid with a gift card 70.00 for the rest and he put down I gave him 42.00 I will wait on the gift card a week to see if I get the money back if not I will go with gift card which it’s says I used it in there for 70.00 dollars. Please don’t go in there at all I rather have T-Mobile 100 times before dealing with a person like that one.

I have literally never seen such a performance making pretend someone was hostile before, like they were literally on camera performing for social media, as I gently tried to explain over and over again how they were incorrect about the function of their own program. Petulant children work here. They even called daddy and daddy volunteered on their behalf, "don't be rude!" all the while still giving incorrect and unhelpful advice to his staff, and reaffirmed if I continued to contradict them I should be removed. What happened when everything turned out to be *exactly* correctly as I stated, I just stood there and went "wow, crazy" and nobody working at this store knew what to do. When these guys were finally willing to wear their big boy pants and take some ownership over their own business, they had this to say, "oh woops, just call the hotline lol" when I was there in person only because the hotline mandates you to go to a store for this service. I guess the even funnier joke on us is we called ahead of time and spoke to someone there who said we would be able to get this done no problem.What a stupid business. The entirety of Metro has lost us. It's not the inability to deliver expected promised service. That's what I expect out of the world and it's what prevents me from wanting to interact with customer service at all. It's the attitude we got at the same time. That is specific and intentional. Do not believe the reviews.The most heartbreaking thing is I specifically felt comfortable bringing my disabled mother here because the reviews suggested the staff was compassionate and diligent. That is a lie. Just another stupid lie you see in your day to day life. I wish the worst for this store.

It's complicated, you need help at an establishment run by the same operator. They saying they can't help and that you have to go back to where you made your plan for them to help you... I don't understand that

This was the most worst MetroPCS that I've ever been to the customer service was terrible and rude I will never ever go back to the place I reported them to corporate because the guy was unprofessional and rude and disrespectful never ever would I go to space and I won't recommend it to. Anyone low class n rude manager n staff

Jason helped me get the new line added and number ported from my previous carrier quickly and even got my bill down by getting rid of some weird package we definitely didn’t need on our plan. It helps to come prepared with all the information you need to do anything like that. I’ve been to quite a few Metro locations in my area to try and get this done and I’m glad I ended up at Jason’s store to get it done.

If only I could put less stars. I always go to the north Attleboro location. They were not able to turn on their computers. So I called some other locations to make sure it wasn't the entire network. When I called the Dedham location a male answered and would NOT allow me to explain the issue. He interrupted me so many times that it was frustrating beyond belief. I told him it was a store issue and if I could come there and get my phone upgraded. He said he couldn't help me and to call customer service if I was locked out of my account. Which was confusing, as I wasn't locked out of anything. He kept clicking his tongue, sighing and interrupting to tell me he can't help me over the phone. Finally I said I know, I just want to know if you're able to do an upgrade if I come in. He literally said "oh my God" made some rude noise and hung up on me. At this point I was furious by how he acted and went to Verizon instead. Never been treated like that before. Not even at a Walmart.

I wish I could put -5 stars.The worst customer experience I have ever experienced...The bald black guy that works behind the counter (refused to give me his name) is super rude and he started kicking boxes around when I didn't remember the code correctly in front of other costumers. I have the right to ask for a store manager and he said he owns the store. I would like to talk to a metro pcs representative.

The Dedham Massachusetts store Tashi and Jason helped me buy a phone and sign up for metro. They were very helpful and considerate and timely. They gave me the best deal possible and I was able to be out of there by at least an hour hour and a half the most. Thank you so much Tashi and Jason

Always check your receipt! They say things are free when they aren't such as cases, they always add insurance even if you have not asked for it and they don't tell you. This occurs even if you only want to get a new phone. They will change your plan and if you have a fixed old plan you will not be able to get it back. I would go to another metropcs, all of the employees at this location are trained by the supposed area manager and he is the king of these bad manipulative tactics. Run away from this store and seek another please!!! No really, you will thank me. My next step after this review is the Better Business Bureau.

Spent far too much time in the store, assistant manager was occupied with a group taking advantage of the tablet promotion, while I upgraded my phone, at one point I simply stood at the register while the young lady ( seemed very green) took a phone call from a customer she had assisted earlier in the day, for 5-10 minutes, obviously she tried up selling me on everything, I get it it's part of her job. What really really bothers me, during the hour or so spent going over the plan and costs not once did this employee inform me that my bill was going to increase, it was not a large amount, but I would not have made the purchase had I known.A very disgruntled customer.

I wish I can do O stars , I asked rep for a plan , the rep tried so bad to get me insurance of 10 dollars which i Wouldn't for a cheap free phone , then he say I need to take bundle promo of case and glass which I don't need and looks like they want to sell only if I buy case/glass from them , I was surprised the same phone I was able to buy at a different store for almost almost 35% lesser price with in the same day, something is really shady , I was quoted 132 dollars for a free phone with case and glass , when all i need to walkout with a simple working phone with no case/glass....i took my sale to somewhere and Got it comfortably for 78 dollars( with same phone i saw at this place an hour ago) where rep explained to have insurance safety for & case/glass are optional.
