They were here on time . They removed old bed and brought upstairs a very heavy and large mattress. They did it with 2 guys. They explained everything to us. Also the sales department in Dedham is very fantastic. We had some issues with an old salesman, and they step right and made it right. Thanks again, guys, and girls
