Employees are rude and full of attitudes. Items on the floor has no sticker for price. I waited 20mins at self checkout because none of the employees want to ring customer out. Mink the employee there didn't want to help. She saw a guy that was attempting to steal and proceed to let him walk out and then tried to make a big deal out of it. Had 4 other associates trying to see if he's outside...if he was there to steal, he would had been left. I asked her to enter the item number for me so I can checkout...she said she needs to call someone... I don't understand why she couldn't... But don't go here. Waste of time. Paying for attitude that I didn't ask for. And corporate won't care or retrain their employees so no point.

The delivery service is horrible! Right now at 1:30 pm on 12/14 on website I see 'We are running a little behind. Should be arriving soon'. in reality my refrigerator planned to be delivered fro 7:30 to 11:30. i called to warehouse and they told me that a driver called me several times and I didn't answer and no delivery will be today. But i didn't get any voicemail and just one missing call and that call was dropped. I called immediately back and left several voicemails even wasn't sure that I'm calling to the driver. Now I was forced to reschedule , but I'm leaving for business trip and need to involve my friends to wait for delivery on 12/16. I'm very frustrated because I bought the refrigerator on Nov 27 with delivery date in 3 weeks (!!) on Dec 14. I took a day off and for nothing. Lowe's needs to improve communication style with customers. Today's situation shouldn't be tolerated.

DO NOT purchase any items their online. Their estimated delivery dates are always far from actual dates which makes me big trouble to schedule with the delivery. Home depot have reliable online delivery

DO NOT USE LOWE'S FOR A NEW KITCHEN. I cannot stress enough the poor workmanship and customer service we received from Lowes. The initial process and design went well. From there, it was a nightmare. It took forever for Lowes to give us a date of when they would come out. When they finally did come out, they sent out two of the worst contractors I have ever experienced. 1) To start, during the demolition of our cabinets specific items were torn out, and not replaced properly, that we did not expect to lose in our kitchen. To start, 2 junction boxes, that were located near our microwave and oven, were torn out and tossed outside in the trash. We had to locate them ourselves so they could be put back in. We were told by the installer company, very harshly, they do not replace any electrical work. If they had the ability to take out the junction boxes, why could they not put them back in. We had to pay an electrician, out of pocket, to replace them. They left a trash pile that sat on our front lawn for over 7 full days before being picked up. 2) As the installers were removing our sink, they forcibly removed, and cut up, all PVC piping. They then tossed all piping outside with the trash. When asked why they did this, they had no answer. We had to pay a plumber, out of pocket, to replace hot and cold-water piping to our sink. 3) During demolition, installers cut back trim of our flooring and forcibly removed some pieces. This caused warping of our floorboards. The floorboards that are close to the cabinets do not stay in place. Cutting back pieces was not necessary for the installation of the cabinets and we are unsure why they did this. 4) Installers did not follow any of the Lowes Kitchen layout that we put together with our Lowes Design consultant. This left a gap that we were told could not be fixed. 5) Lastly, the crown molding is not the original crown molding we received with our cabinet delivery. This is because the installers did not follow the kitchen layout we designed and did not measure properly. They installed the top cabinets too high, so the crown molding did not fit. The installer company left without any direction on how to proceed after that. After various phone calls, and 4 full months of waiting, we had different crown molding installed to fit. We wanted a partial refund due to the poor service, work, and long time frame. They gave us a $1K without reviewing anything and would not budge on this, no matter what. Even after we sent them all the information, they did not care. They basically threw it at us and said take it or leave it. Go anywhere but Lowes!

I wouldn't recommend Lowe's for a cabinet installation based on my recent experience. It took over a year for them to finish our project from beginning to end due to their internal issues, poor communication, and hiring horribly inexperienced subcontractors. I'd give zero stars if I could. It was a complete dumpster fire from the beginning to the very end, including and especially with their Executive Customer Service team, who took five additional months to get us a completed kitchen. The incompetence is stunning. Don't make the same mistake we did. Go elsewhere for your home improvement needs. Attached some photos of the work some of their subcontractors provide to give you some insight.

Mike and Jose are incredible. They helped me with various challenging questions and needs related to repair products for my house and for potting a large plant! I will only be going to this Lowe's from now on because of the quality of service they provided. Both deserve a bonus!!

I returned a package of strawberry roots that never grew and I told the Lowe's representative this. They refunded my money but a week later, the package I returned was on a store shelf for somebody to buy. Poor soul.

I called lowes today to ask about products availability. No one answered after me letting phone ring for over 3 minutes. The 4th time I called it rang ove 7 minutes until someone answered then transferred me and sat waiting another 20 minutes to be ultimately disconnected. Called back and after 4 minutes of ringing they answered the phone. I asked for a manager spoke to 2 one transferred my call and it was never answered. Called back spoke to Matt who claimed they were busy with customers present at store.the asked me what I wanted them to do ignore customers present to answer phones. ( I'm a customer on phone ) finally asked my questions. I asked if they had peppers. Matt said no peppers it too early. I showed up 10 minutes later tons of poblano peppers as well as Orange bell peppers. He outright lied. This company lost a customer. I guess lowes is doing so well they can throw away good customers. They just don't care. I'm done.

Horrible customer service! Don't try to call they put you on hold for 40 minutes then hang up. Delivery is a night mare. Gave me a window of 8am to 8pm, they never showed, said my address couldn't be found on the gps, I live off of a main road very easy to find. They never emailed me about my order and they had the wrong phone number! Total shit show! So frustrating!

I love this Lowe's Store. First, let me preface with I'm reading the reviews - and most people today have no concern for the effects supply chain and covid have had on these businesses. Second, I'll add this is a great store. They typically have a better selection than my local Home Depot. And this store has parking for Vets, along with a published 10% discount for vets. I say published, because I have heard that 'Home Depot will match it', but I'm not looking to ASK for someone to have a program for me. So I drive an extra mile to buy here. I've shopped here over 50 times. The only bad experience recently was when I purchased an item online and it was at the store for pickup. The item at the store was already opened and parts were missing but they couldn't immediately process a 'return' for some reason? I had to do it through the app and come back the next day? I think this is an example of the new staff not knowing how to do things sometimes. Love the store layout and self checkout. I don't think you pay for bags here either.

Customer Disservice !!!!!!!!!! Awful [and absent] management. Don't ever call Lowes. I called 6 times . Each time the phone rang for 30 minutes or more [ had lunch or did computer work while waiting]. My wife did the same. Phone occasionally answered & the call put through to an extension only to ring endlessly without being answered. We ordered double patio doors & screens & paid for delivery ON the patio deck.They delivered these heavy doors UNDER THE PATIO DECK !!! Endless calls. No remedy yet. The manager of this store should be fired and corporate executives should be instructed to read all the lousy reviews.

I purchased a dishwasher on line, on 8/31/22. When I purchased I paid for haul away, a 5 year warranty and I thought installation was part of the package since I was reminded that I needed certain parts to install which was added to my order. It was never explained anywhere that I had to also move the disconnected dishwasher to the center of the kitchen. I had it unhooked completely but I had trouble pulling it completely out. Three (3) men arrived dropped off the dishwasher and flatly refused to assist me in pulling the dishwasher completely out. They left the new dishwasher in the middle of the floor, forget to give me the additional parts I ordered. Thank goodness I remembered and asked them for them. I called the office to complain and received 3 different answers. Why couldn't they assist me? Why was it okay not to haul away the old dishwasher, that I paid to have removed. Were they supposed to hook up the new dishwasher? When I tried to activate my new 5 year warranty it didn't accept the reference number. When I called I was told that is the correct reference number, it should work. I am so very disappointed with this Lowe's services, this was the first and last time I order a big purchase item from Lowes. The delivery and customer service was was dreadful.

If you need an appliance and can do delivery and installation yourself, they have a great selection. But if you decide to ask these people to install something for you... you will never do so again. Our stove broke. The Home Depot down the street is even worse, so we went with Lowe's. Took three trips to the store in person just to get the guy to take the money for it and give me the receipt. In the mean time, the stove we wanted got sold out. Fine, we bought a more expensive one. He told me the installer will call to confirm the installation date. Two weeks later, no calls, we start calling, on the regular, every two to four days. Every time we call, it's a 40 minute hold, after which the customer care person discovers a new problem. First problem was the order was never put into the system so the installer didn't even know to call us. Fixed. Still no calls. Second problem was that the stove we bought (and have the receipts for) got sold to someone else and now they're out of stock until the end of the month. They offered us another stove. Cheaper, with reimbursement for the difference. Okay. The installer is still not calling. The stove is still not here. Going to give them another call in a couple days. Two stars because nobody tried to murder us yet. It could always be worse. And yes, every time they tell you they'll call you back, it's a lie. We're always the ones calling. Otherwise we'd be here waiting for our stove until the zombie apocalypse. See what I mean? It could always be worse. Two stars for a trashy store. With great selection. Comes great responsibility to pay your workers enough to retain them so they know what the hell is going on? Just a thought.

In desperate need of a washer and dryer so I went to Lowes on Saturday. After purchasing both washer and dryer they gave me a delivery date of 8/16/22 so happy and excited. Everything was perfect, I got the call that they were 20 mins away, only to receive the washer. I asked hmmm, where is the dryer? The delivery guy said, they only had a washer down. WHAT!? Another trip to the store, Carolann made my life a hell of a lot easier. She looked up my order, since it said the washer was delivery but the dryer was a carry out. No ma'am, no way we could carry out the dryer lol... Now being annoyed that I still do not have my dryer, and with monkey pox on the rise, I don't really want to go to laundrymat. Carolanne made a bad situation better. I was ready to write off Lowes and return the washer but she came and saved the day. No extra charge she will have the dryer delivered this week. Thank you Carolanne!! Customer service skills are through the roof Thank you!
