These people are all extremely unprofessional. I ignored several red flags during my initial meeting and decided to move forward with this team. After 2 and a half weeks of holding on to all of my tax documents, and overlooking a few of my emails to them, they decided to give all my documents back to me with nothing completed. When I would call to ask follow up questions they were all extremely rude and impatient. Poor customer service and extremely unprofessional. STAY AWAY from these people.

Jeneen and the entire team at Liberty Tax Dedham are amazing-who says this about their tax experience? This group truly cares about your financial health, educating you/their customers, and they are extremely personable. Jeneen knows her stuff!!! I have a tricky tax situation and she/the team spent a great deal of time with me (late on a Saturday!) advising best practices. Highly highly recommend this team with all your tax needs! Thank you Jeneen & team, you’ve got a loyal customer here that appreciates you!!!!!

I had an amazing experience with the staff member Freddy. He was very efficient, and made me very comfortable. I am definitely coming back next year to have him do my taxes.

Jeneen is awesome at what she does! She makes doing my taxes fun and Jeneen is really funny but she's a professional. This is my tax spot. My partner also loves it at Liberty Tax. Do yourself a favor and get your taxes done here. Jeneen is the best!

I was seeking budget friendly tax prep for my simple and straightforward return. Before making the appt., I called to find about pricing, and was told by the person answering, who turned out to be my preparer, it would be 120.00, "the top tier you would pay". Day of the tax prep, in a rather cramped and claustrophobic office (not that this matters) I meet up with Janeen, who is brusque and unfriendly, but again, just getting taxes done, so I tried to overlook this. Until she announces that today I will owe 240.00. I was stunned and reminded her of the price she had quoted. She got immediately nasty, and snapped at me, 'Well, that is only if you just had one W2." I did only have one, and protested. She tried to claim that the facts that I am a homeowner, and had asked about my educator expense deduction were like "other W2s". Except they are really and truly not (confirmed this later). They are forms or areas to fill out. This was purely misleading price quoting, and I said this. She got nasty and said she "...could not run a business if she just charged 120.00." Threatened to "scrap this" (my return!) after I had sat there uncomfortably (they had made me wait.) I should have walked out and I really wished I had. She had a barracuda-like quick flash to anger that has no place in a professional setting. Misleading, disreputable, and unkind. I left feeling verbally abused and lied to. I am looking into reporting them to the right agency.

I just went in for an appointment. 95% of my tax was completed and I wanted to just to print 2 items because my printer wasn't working at home. The white guy with the beard starts screaming at me and asked me to fight. No joke I swear to god. He's like you need everything now to start. I was like wtf. He told me I raised my voice but I just wanted to get started and he was just taunting me. It was the absolute craziest thing I have ever experienced in my life. I went to the Waltham one for a decade and they were so nice and easy to deal with. He was totally antagonizing me and wouldn't start my taxes even though I had basically everything. I drove 30 minutes and literally had everything and he wouldn't do it. In the past including last year the one year I went to these people they let me fill 90% of it out and bring the rest later. This time I had literally everything besides 2 minor documents that wouldn't even affect my taxes much. It's incredible someone else just wrote a terrible review just now too about their horrific customer service. No idea how they stay in biz with this disgusting treatment of clients.

I highly recommend. Best experience I have had. I was recommended by my friend and can’t say enough. Made the experience so easy and actually fun. Great owners. Rudy & Jeneen. And I paid over $100 less than I was paying

Did my taxes here for the first time yesterday. Couldn’t have been more impressed with how efficient and reasonably priced their service was. It took them half the time and was half the price of my previous location. Super down to earth and friendly people too, highly recommend.

Not so great. They gave me an initial price, then the bill turned out to be almost double. Now whether or not I could have gotten a better price elsewhere is one thing, but the way they responded when I asked for a detailed bill - which as a customer I'm well within right - was disrespectful and arrogant. Especially him. I think that you can do better.

I had a great experience at this Family owned franchise. It was unlike any other Liberty I have been to. Very friendly and they made doing my taxes a great experience.
