I ran in to the Dedham location rather last-minute for a suit, and I have to say, I was impressed. Manna helped me find my current measurements and ordered the items that weren’t in stock (always the pants for me).
I only had a week for everything to arrive, but it only took a couple days. I would highly recommend stopping by - it was a great experience. Thanks again, Manna!

I had to get a suit for a new job this week on short notice. I was greeted by Manna and he helped me with everything I needed. Manna was by himself at the store with multiple customers, and yet, I never felt unattended to. He was incredible friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Not only did he get me exactly what I was looking for in the suit, but he recommended great stores to find the items that he did not have in stock. Go here and ask for Manna if he is available.

Let me start off by saying that I am very happy that another place didn’t treat me well in June. After that experience I came to this JOS A BANK location and they were very busy when we arrived. We explained what had happened to us and Manny the Manager said well that won’t happen here. He treated us with the BEST customer service you could expect and oh, by the way, he was training two people at the same time. I was impressed how he kept his composure and was so cool and never missed a beat.
I could tell he is going to keep climbing the ladder and his attitude is everything that you would want someone to have. No matter what we through at him, he had an answer for it. I have been back a few times since and he is just superb to deal with.
He said not to worry about anything and he had our backs on the tuxedos. You can’t find good customer service in many stores today and Manny is head and shoulders above the competition. He is helpful in so many ways and I hope the company appreciates all his efforts because they have a great employee in Manny.
Today, I needed to get my trousers lengthened and the tailor was also fantastic and had it done in 10 minutes which I did not expect. I thought I would need to come back tomorrow and that was not the case. I am telling you to check out this location and Manny will have your back too. He won’t let you down!!!

I've always liked Joseph A. Banks suits, but I have to reconsider that preference now. I brought in a suit I got from Joseph A. Banks to have it altered, and the tailor's immediate feedback was to call it dated and cheap, and he instead encouraged me to buy a new suit. While I'm more than a little insulted, I'm even more taken aback - why should I buy another suit from Joseph A. Banks if their own employees disparage them? I understand the tailor presumably wanted to drum up some more business, but going forward I'll have to try somewhere new.

My husband and I came in looking for a suit. There were two men working that day. One greeted us while the other remained glued to his phone behind the counter.As we started looking at options we asked for some assistance, and only one of the employees was available at that point, as the other was assisting another family. The one we were stuck with was the one glued to his phone. He was extremely rude, uninterested and was destined to do the bare minimum. He didn’t even have the energy to walk over to the wall of shirts where we were standing and inquiring more information about.We later asked him to double check my husbands measurements, and the moment he was done, he proceeded straight back behind the counter, sat ONTOP of the counter, and continued to scroll on his phone. We were pretty fed up to the point so we left and went to Men’s Warehouse instead where the customer service was excellent and we happily spent $1K.

Recently purchased my first suit after procrastinating until the day before a wedding. Walked in and was assisted by Sunny, who made it her mission that I leave with a suit that worked for me despite the short notice. Took measurements and provided different options and displayed her familiarity with the available inventory just from memory and like she had promised, I left with a suit that ended up perfect for me. Considering the last minute nature of it, to leave with something so affordable and also still fitting so well without tailoring was more than I could ask for. Thanks again for your help!

The salesman on Friday is a complete jerk . We walked in today and he was extremely rude to us . Told us to come back in a half hour and when we did he was already helping someone else . He then turned us away again . So unprofessional .

Sale, what sale? The company's website advertises sales on selected suits, however there are no signs in the store on anything to help you sort out what is actually on sale. The love gentleman working there had no idea about any sale items or prices. When questioned, he responded "do you have an email about a sale item" Ahhh, no. I shouldn't need one, nor should I have to go back to the website and compare items and prices.I was looking for a blue suit in a standard size, 42R, but there wasn't a single one by any manufacturer in a tailored fit size. So maybe they buy a selection and when the most popular sizes sell out, you are out of luck.

Called for a simple customer service question from a PREVIOUS issue that came up and the man on the other end essentially called me stupid. What is with this company do they hire only rude people?
