Excellent service! The guy from Jireh came to my condo garage and helped me restart my car with a dead battery. It was completely out and the portable jump starter didn't make it. But he ran extra miles and made great effort to change the gear to neutral & pushed the car and connected to the truck and it worked like a magic. He knows what he is doing & really professional!!! Very impressed.

Albert came in a timely manner. He was kind and reassuring. My car would not start and it was getting dark. He carefully placed my car on the flatbed and brought it to the dealership. I highly recommend him and hope he is paid well for his work!Service: Car towing

I gave them a call at the last minute after AAA was unable to get my wife's car out the driveway due to needing a flatbed truck and my gate being at an awkward position. He said he'll be there in 10 minutes and that's approximately what it was. He got her car out and delivered to the shop in one piece. Plus, I was super busy at work, so I didn't want to worry about calling towing companies all day. It was one and done with them. I'm super happy!

These guys saved me when I got a flat while passing through the area on a rainy day. Arrived within 20 minutes, and the driver who changed my tire was super nice. Even checked the pressure on the donut to make sure it was good to go.

I was having a terrible morning that involved my car being towed to a lockedlot. Fernando From Jireh roadside assistance arrived in a timely fashion and waited patiently with me for the attendant to arrive, unlock the gate and release my car. Fernando carefully and efficiently loaded my car onto his flat bed truck and allowed me to jump in the cab with him and return to my home. He was kind and courteous to me after I had been treated horribly by a competitor of his. I would highly recommend this service to anyone that is in need of roadside assistance. During these challenging times dealing with 2 businesses that provide the same services and being treated horribly by one and well by another truly makes you appreciate someone that provides excellent service with a happy and competent demeanor.
