Got ignored by the associates facing the front door and heard their warm welcome to the ladies right behind me. A simple hi or acknowledgement shouldn’t be much. Thank you.

Received an email Men's Henley's were on sale. Bought a few. When I got home I realized they did not give me the sale price. Called and asked about item, they said come in tomorrow and we'll refund sale price. Went in next day and miraculously the Henley's I bought was a dead link on my email and not on sale, but all other items still on sale. Dead beats. Check your receipts.

This review is specifically for Joan, who was beyond fabulous and made my sister and I feel so welcome and comfortable! I bought a hat and Joan was so great and encouraging that my sister came back and bought the same hat as well. Joan is lovely and was the main reason we spent money in this store today!
