I was reluctant because I feel like a lot of salesman try to off charge me or convince me to buy things I don't want. So I usually be a really upfront and just say I want what I want. My salesman today was Martel. I asked him for a charger wire in a block. Instead of trying to charge me for the most expensive item showed me the item I was looking for I was completely honest with me. It was the first time I had a good experience at Verizon. I would recommend coming to this Verizon location and if you're not happy with your salesman ask for Martel he will treat you right.”

“I am a first time comcast user signing up for xfinity Wi-Fi. I had my own router but needed a modem, so I seeked assistance early on a Tuesday morning. Multiple employees greeted and helped me right away! They told me where to get a modem and even checked the target inventory across the street. I am happy no one tried to upsell me or discourage my choice to NOT rent the xfinity modem monthly (which would have cost more in the long run).Thanks!”

“I have to give this store five Stars. I received incredible service from Miciah who was able to efficiently serve two customers at a time. T-mobile is very fortunate to have a Technician of this caliber. He was courteous and friendly to everyone who walked in the door. One issue I did notice that those who were told 1 or 2 were ahead of them, left the store and came back only to find 1 or 2 still ahead. Best waiting your turn. The Techs are very good and efficient.”
