Horrible customer serviceI called and ask about vibration isolator Springs ,they don’t have on Dedham store and !he was rush to hang up the phone not interesting in help ,I ask him if he can check on other fw weeb to see if they have it in stock he simply told me that’s my job to do ,so I’ll never call them again

These guys are awesome. I'm a DIY and they took the time to make sure I got everything I needed and all the right parts. They even went out of their way to give me some tips but most of all they were gentlemen and very professional. I will drive out of my way to Dedham from now on. I see some bad reviews, I dont understand. My guess is people went during their rush when all the plumbers and contractors were there. I went during that time, early in the morning too but I had enough sense to see they were extremely busy helping the people that literally pay their bills so I left and came back when things settled down. I wouldn't expect them to drop everything to assist me, a potentially one time customer spending $200.Thanks
