Waited 20 minutes for shoes to come from out back while other customers walked up afterwards and were assisted and receiving shoes. asked teo associates if shoes were coming out and told “we will get to it.”

Horrible phone connections they literally never answer the phone and have to do better !!! How are people supposed to inquire about a product if employees are never answering the phone it makes no sense i sat on the phone for about 30 mins I don’t live in the area so i wanted to know if the product was available literally ringing after ringing no answer its ridiculous and they wonder why people leave reviews because the public needs to know you can’t answer your phone your Store phone that you have displayed on Google for everyone to call literally ridiculous

Horrible experience. Too many ways to mention, but just know they lost me as a customer, and besides Yelp, I will shout it from the rooftops as to how poor their online service is. Never again!

Never had any problems with them. Just tried to return an item. They needed proof of purchase. Done this before without a receipt since they had my card info. Not this time. They would give me store credit for 85 percent of the cost but no full credit so they'd get to keep 15 percent and lock me into buying from them again. F that noise. My son literally spent 2k there last year. 2k! Will not buy anything from them again.

All the employees in this store are very friendly, surprised by the negative reviews. The cashier and the manager Jose were very helpful with a return. I was really unhappy with the gloves I bought as they were not warm at all and was able to purchase a pair that I hope will be much better for the winter. Thanks!

Watch out for in app purchase sales. They make you download the app and create a profile, promising $20 off purchases of $100 or more. I purchased an item for $119.99 and they never gave me the offer. SCAM!

Three stars because the associate helping me was helpful, but I had asked for an item when I got here. I looked for an associate and asked her about the item. She asked the person in the back to check because the online store said there was 3 in stock at this place. She said the guy looking said if it wasn't on the shelf they were out. I continue shopping and about an hour later I am checking out and ask to just order it and the cashier tells me he will check and looks on the phone at the item. He says they have it and radios the guy in the back. I get out of line and a couple walks from the back with this exact item.

The store was clean. There is a wide variety of sporting goods, footwear and apparel. The staff I encountered were all friendly and helpful. Pricing is a little higher then average but all in all a very professional operation.

I like the selection and quality of products but the in store experience is lacking.I went with my husband and two kids looking for shoes for the little ones. We spent 15 minutes waiting for someone to help us. Shoes are on display but no available extra sizes nor anybody who would get you sizes you need. Its hard to shop when you can’t even try the right size. Kids were getting anxious and store wasn’t busy. Where were all associates? We finally just left and drove to a different store where excellent customer service helped choose and fit the right shoes for my kids.
