Always nice service and helpful. No problem. They often already have medications that were prescribed by a doctor. I definitely prefer this place to others in the area.

Would never recommend this minute clinic. Staff is absolutely heartless. I have never had an experience like that in my life. I work in healthcare and am absolutely appalled by the staff and the entire experience. Zero clinical knowledge or compassion, this place should not be seeing patients.

Isha is rude. Managers are worthless and God forbid they let you use your coupons. Isha lost my coupon then told me that it was probably expired. Then she turned to her manager and snidely said, "she thinks I lost her coupon." I hadn't said anything at that point. The manager just stood there and was like, "there's nothing we can do." Useless people and corporate was no help either. Time to find a better place to spend my money.

Was looking to refill a prescription that's difficult to find and the pharmacist was so helpful in finding another store with the product. In fact she gave me three choices. Really nice!!!

This is the second time I placed an online photo order here (hoping that it has gotten better) and not only did they messed up the first time, this time they couldn’t find my order and told me to come back the next day to talk to the staff who worked that morning because they don’t know what happened. Unbelievable! For background, I received an email that morning saying that it was ready for pick up and when I arrived later that day to pick it up, they told me it’s not possible for them to print an 8x10 canvas photo in store because they don’t have it. If they couldn’t print it in the first place, they should have let me know so I didn’t have to drive all the way there to pick up nothing. Please avoid printing at this place if you can.

A terrible experience, discrimination on the part of Dr. Patricia, who did not want to perform a physical examination on a person who does not speak English just because she did not want to, she refused to treat him, a terrible experience

Minute clinic service for covid-19 test is horrible.Once I schedule the test they called me and so rudely asked me not to come because I had symptoms. And asked to take expired take home test and says cdc has approved them. What is the point of having testing in there clinic then?I am not recommending anyone to use their testing services

CVS on Providence Highway in Dedham is the best Cvs so far I have been to. It is much bigger with more items to Select from, well lighted and easy to find. The staff is very friendly and helpful and polite.

Do not expect to be able to use the restroom. Apparently they are "Out of Order", only for employees only. I have been waiting for my prescription 45 minutes and was told be two employees that it is only available to employees. Forget about the people spending money there. Terrible that I had to wait uncomfortable rather than being able to use the restroom.
