Yoanna helped me twice at this location. Both times she was rude and unprofessional.
The way she treated me and talked to me was unacceptable for someone that works in retail and should have customer experience skills.
She is the supervisor!!! Unbelievable.

Go to store for the pharmacy, but they need to add calm drinks, from companies named Restore and Kowa, Moments and Som...
Another CVS on route 1 had Heywell, which was for calm and hydration, but no longer there.
. I loved them!
I'm told that no other CVS carries them anymore.
Like everyone else, Eddie's drinks around every corner in the store, but not one single beverage for calming and relaxing or leaving stress, or like Som, containing ashwagandha and l-Theaine for a great night's sleep...
PLEASE be ahead of this trend...

They've locked up the Claritin and they only have one cashier working. Thankfully it wasn't too busy. Took me way too long to get Claritin. I should be able to walk in buy it and walk out, not have to wait for the cashier to not be busy.

Very poor service overall. They individuals at the pharmacy overcharged on a prescription for my sick fairer by more than $150 and insisted to my wife that there was nothing that they could do. My wife did the logical thing wanting to take care of our daughter and paid the overpriced item. Was able to find at a different pharmacy after the ordeal but cvs refused to accept the return 1 hour later.

Pharmacy service is pretty sub par. I have had multiple experinces where the prescription is called in, they are out of stock, they don't notify me that it is out of stock and have me find a pharmacy with it. Customer service is pretty lack luster as well.

Awful location. Pharmacy does not answer the phones, front of house will answer and immediate hang up and the manager will laugh and say thank you when you try to tell them that you had an issue. Absolutely terrible leadership

Super understaffed pharmacy; at first I thought it was a coincidence, but whenever I order meds here, I keep getting told my order will be ready the next day - and it never is. I've fallen off my meds and gotten really bad withdrawal symptoms like migraines several times because of this, and now I'm giving up and just transferring my orders to a different CVS further from my house. But even that's difficult; calling in gets you put on hold forever, and sometimes the call will randomly disconnect - or I hear the phone picked up for a second and then put down again to cancel it, presumably because the staff is just overwhelmed.I don't blame the staff for this at all though; clearly this is CVS's fault and the manager's fault for super over-working them, and probably not paying much. I hope the staff unionize; it seems to go really well for pharmacy workers when they do, and improve access to meds for customers immensely, without raising prices much (or co-pays at all)! CVS is just greedy and has a monopoly so they take advantage of their workers. But I'm rooting for them!

The Bussey Street location IS A MESS. The pharmacy will not answer the phone and common medications take two weeks to arrive. IT’S A DISGRACE. I talked to the pharmacist about the phones and she basically said they’re too busy. Not to mention the place is rarely clean.

Absolutely atrocious service at the pharmacy. Phenomenally slow, unconcerned with you or your time. Will ignore you in person, won’t answer the phone even when they’re not busy. Truly the worst

Been trying to get ahold of the pharmacy since 9:00am via phone. Been on hold for over an hour. This pharmacy is absolutely ridiculous! Have never had anything but bad interactions with the pharmacy technicians. Can't wait to be done with this place.

This pharmacy apparently doesn’t have enough time to even finish a phone conversation before hanging up on you.The rest of the place is no better lately. Seems to be a recurring theme around business not able to hire the right people lately!

Very bad attention!
Today I wanted to print a document here since it says on the internet that they make prints, but when the girl who was serving at 9:30pm came, she preferred to continue talking rather than help me.
Maybe because he is a Spanish speaker he behaved like that with me, maybe he is racist...
It is very bad that this company has people like this working, since they do not provide good customer service.
