Brought my RV there for gas in diesel work and by the time they were done, I had dead house batteries, an entrance step that will not retract and when I got there to pick up the vehicle, started the vehicle and let it run in attempt to charge the batteries, I had a power steering failure where the hose burst and all the power steering hydraulic fluid leaked out to the parking lot. When I contacted them they told me they could not work on it because it was not an engine issue and I needed to have it towed to another service center. Although I can not prove, I can't stop thinking that perhaps this was sabotage due to a difference of opinion I had with their service manager (Christine) when they could not get my door open and falsely advised me to get a locksmith when it was dead batteries all along that they had allowed to fail. I don't trust them and will never bring my vehicle there again. Stay away from them.

Purchased a portable generator from them and didn't work out right out of the box, they wouldn't honor the warranty and said it would cost more to fix then generator was worth. Dragged there feet for months on getting any answers and wouldn't return calls for updates.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Called several times with no answer. Left a voice mail and still haven't returned my call. They are always like this. Awful

called every section of the sales department and got no answer... three times in a row. called the main operator and no answer.. all ring to voicemail.. it is 10:17AM !!! do you want our business? i am happy to overpay for CAT and happier to save and go with Kohler... not sure what the deal is here...

I needed to get my RV generator fixed without a lot of downtime. The whole Staff was great. It was the new Onan Quiet 2800i which even I knew is difficult to work on. So we agreed to remove it from the vehicle to trouble shoot and we would come back when solved. Zach and Ron were excellent with communicating and staying on top of things. Everything was covered under warranty and we were shortly up and running again. Thanks for the great service!

Be very careful with estimates provided up front and their process. Ask for review and repair of turbo leak on my marine Deisel. Quoted $900 including trip charges. Technition on site for 1/2 hour repair diagnosed but not made and they insist the approved amount of $900 is due. That is a $800 trip charge 70 miles( labor rate has always been $150/ hour). I have been a customer for 3 years never had this kind a ripoff in the past

had a problem ordering part by phone. Indicated same in my review. Next day recieved a call from parts mngr. Who explained why the problem. Turned out to be a phone problem on their end. He appologized for the inconvenience and stated he would address the issue. Forget his name, but he was very sincere and curtious. Will continue to do business with them as this is the only issue ihave had in over 15 years of doing business with them.

Tony was helpful , Christine is too talkative and tries to over talk customer (Me), as I was trying to get clarity on what was going to happen for me about the part being shipped to my home address instead of here in Dedham ,Ma. This dealership has no parts in stock and it is sad that a Cummins Dealer doesn't have parts inventory better than this . Thx #Tony Gemba
