The Costco Tire Center in Dedham provides great service and high quality work. The staff is amazing, really nice, friendly, professional, super professional, and helpful. They work hard and deal with all the craziness while still delivering excellent service. Communication from start to finish is top notch. Customers report getting a full set of tires purchased and installed quickly, with some jobs done in about 40 minutes to an hour, especially with an appointment. Other installations may take a while, such as two and a half hours, but the experience remains positive. They offer tires at a great price that includes installation, balancing, filling, and a TPMS check. The staff is noted for being very generous and helpful in emergencies, such as when a tire pops. While the service is highly recommended, the parking area at the larger Dedham Costco is described as a tumult of disorder and can be inconvenient, requiring careful planning. Nonetheless, the tire center itself receives strong praise for its efficient, professional, and quality service.
was told my tire was not repairable, took it to another shop and they said it was definitely repairable. They also for some reason took the tire off the rims and left it off. Ridiculous

They may do their job well but they couldn't care less about the customers. That's how I would like to describe the people working at the tire center at this Costco.

Horrible experience with DISHONEST technicians. Messed up a simple tire change and tried to cover it up. They couldn’t even lie right. Go literally ANYWHERE else.
