Great experience with Classic Collision,....they fought with the insurance to get the proper adjustment and were easy to deal with . There was an enterprise rental next to them as well which made things easy . Ask for Chri he was a big help . Thank you !!

We recently had our 2nd car repaired byClassic . Dealing with Chris and his team was a refreshingly positive experience. They kept us up to date on the progress of repairs. If there was an issue or delay we were always notified with an explanation of why and what any delay might be. Most important of all, their work is top notch. My wife couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend them.to anyone who needs collision repairs. Thumbs up all the way around! ?

Classic collision provides exceptional customer and automotive service. Chris and his team are meticulous about all the work and detail they put into your vehicle. I have used their services a few times and each and every time I am satisfied with the work they do on my car and the way I'm treated as a customer. I cannot recommend them enough. They are upfront and forward about the progress of the car and do their best to get it back to you as soon as possible. It is often hard to find a place you can trust with your vehicle but I can confidently say I've found that with classic collision.

There's absolutely nothing I hate more than being lied to. For a week and a half Chris at Classic Collision did just that. My insurance company was attempting to total my car and Chris said that he could help. I was willing to give Chris the benefit of the doubt because someone I trusted recommended him. Everyday that I spoke with Chris I was told "the insurance company is going to come out tomorrow." He told me that he had taken my car apart, he had all of the parts necessary to fix it, and he was just waiting on the okay from my insurance company. After finally getting fed up with being told "the insurance company is coming out tomorrow," I decided to go back to Classic Collision to see what was really going on. When I arrived I found my car untouched, exactly the way I left it. When I asked for my car Chris said, "they're going to come out. I ordered all of the parts." But just a few days prior he told me he already had all of the parts. Chris got extremely angry with me and essentially said I was being ungrateful when he was trying to help me. He said that the problem was the insurance company not him. But if the problem was really the insurance company, why not tell me the truth about everything? Had Chris been completely honest, I could have planned accordingly and all frustration could have been avoided. Even if he really was trying to help, all faith was lost when he decided to repeatedly lie to me. I'm sure we can all agree that being an independent young adult living in Boston is difficult enough without someone lying to me about my car that I've put my hard earned money into.
