I wasn’t even seated when Audrey Doyle introduced herself, also with a smile and welcomed me to her area. Very quickly Audrey identified missing tax documents that could help me and informed me as to how to obtain them. I returned an hour later to Audrey who was excited that I was able to retrieve the documents so quickly and she began my paperwork.
