Purchased 4 tires here, I first stopped by and spoke with Nelis about what tires are available for my car, I took her recommendations home and reviewed my options. I made my purchase on line, set up my appointment.I received a call form Nelis, to delay the installation, as the tires had not arrived. I received a call back the next day to confirm a new installation time, they had the tires. Sometimes you just have to go with it,I recognize it not easy to deal with the public all the time, my 5 stars are for Nelis, for going above and beyond for customer service. She saw me in the parking lot trying to secure the cover on the spare tire, that had not been connected properly by another employee, he had been equally useless when I informed him the cover was not attached properly and asked him for help. Nelis came outside to inquire if everything was alright, and she repositioned the cover and placed it on properly.Thank you to Nelis, you represent BJ tire customer service AAA+

There is no gas station here! BJ's app listed this address as having gas. Went in to ask and they said it's down the road. Didn't find it so I went to another location instead.

They are compact, they're open when you need them open, their packages are not grossly big. All in all a comfortable place to shop.

Excellent experience here. Rich was great, very polite and professional. He is really knowledgeable and doesn't waste your time or money. The location is extremely busy so def set up a time for service. Great team working here.

Customer service is always great; the store is organized with isles labeled and neat. Products are consistent and priced well. It's my go to place for certain items that the other wholesale store doesn't have. And it's never so crowded that I want to turn around and leave.

RUDE, TERRIBLE SERVICE & THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. After calling all day I finally get someone to answer and they could care less about doing there job. I know it’s Monday but common he just said they have no appointments available for over 3 weeks.

I bought my daughters birthday cake here. I filled out the slip with no help from the staff. I checked off that I wanted a cake that fed 6-8 people. When I gave it to a staff member-(a tall white lady). She questioned if I was sure I wanted this size because it was 5 inches in width on the top. I said that seemed small and in a aggravated voice she said back to me "Don't you know what 5 inches is?" I should have known right then not to purchase a cake from this place. On top of the rudeness the cake was awful!!! I don't recommend this place for cakes!

I'm at the Dedham location today and I've had the worst experience ever and I've been shopping here this entire year. I tried to use a EBT government assistance card for my uncles groceries because he's handicap and a senior citizen so he cannot shop for himself . The cards magnetic stipe was out and as I've done every month this entire year I asked them to type it in and they told me that was not a possibility anymore. Carol the supervisor who helped me informed me that in the past they should have not done that because of company policy. However I Just Spoke with the Manager Karim J. ( a caucasian male about 5"7 with glasses) who informed me that the Carol was supposed to call him over if there was an issue and he could have done the transaction for me. I'm so hurt for the way I was treated and how Carol lied to my face without remorse. I never want to be treated like this again.

I did my first curbside pick up a few days ago I thought it was really cool but I didn't pay any attention what they were putting in my car when I got home I realized half of it was missing and I got some extra stuff I really did not need. I called them I talk to a manager they told me to come in and they will correct the mistake. I finally had time off a few days later I went there talked to a manager they were very nice and helpful and I got my items that were missing. Thanks for great customer service!
