Worst experience, I went back 3 times before they finally had my order ready after previous days they said it would be ready and it wasn’t, also very expensive for the poor customer service and employees didn’t speak English and had to FaceTime someone else to translate. Very unorganized and unprofessional would not recommend and will not be returning.

If you are looking for an experienced professional, a person who loves and care for their craft, look no further. I was treated with care, attention to detail and a welcomed environment. Pricing is very reasonable. I would recommend this tailor for all of your tailor needs.

Great experience, my dress I got from Azazie had a tricky bust structure and they were accommodating and helpful with making it work for my body. Great turnaround time and patient as well!

After going to another seamstress who told me there was nothing that could be done to fix my dress which was now too small, I called Bella and her immediate response when I told her the dress didn't fit was, "I'll make it fit," and she did! She let out the dress, sewed on my belt, hemmed and bustled my dress and it is beautiful. Fits better now than when I was a few pounds lighter and for a very reasonable price! Highly recommend!!

** brides please beware
This was the most horrible experience I have ever had with not only a tailor but any type of customer service interaction. Bella is extremely unorganized, unprofessional and should not be in the bridal business. I cannot speak to tailoring she does outside of wedding dresses but in terms of wedding dress alterations- save yourself the added stress and tears and just go somewhere else.
I dropped my dress off to Bella in May 2024. At the time I only needed a little bit taken in off my chest and a French bustle that we agreed upon. She told me to come back for pick up on July 29th, I paid in full that day and went on my way.
When I arrived to my appt on July 29th the bustle was not only “not finished” it hadn’t even been started, the pins were still in my dress. As my wedding isn’t until 9/13 I was very patient and simply stated I would be back on 8/24 even though Bella’s shop is a 1 hr drive each way for me.
On 8/24 I was supposed to pick up the finished dress at 11:30AM- Bella texted me at 9AM that morning asking if I could come later that week as the bustle was STILL not done. Again, I was patient and offered to come on 8/31 at the same time (11:30AM) to pick up the dress. We are, at this point in time, 3 weeks away from my wedding day and the bustle is not done.
On 8/31, Bella again texts me at 9Am and asks me to come at 5PM instead of 11:30 because the dress isn’t done…..I called her and asked her what was going on. I asked if the dress was going to be done for my wedding and asked her to make sure the alterations are not rushed… we agreed I could come the following day 09/01. It is now 5.5 weeks past when I was supposed to have my dress completed and in my possession.
I came to pick up the dress on 09/01 and the chest area was too big. This is not Bellas’s fault as I have lost some weight over the last few months. We had a lengthy discussion about how she could fix it “no problem” and I could pick it up in a few days after she was done taking it slightly in. I was VERY hesitant to leave it with her at this point due to the disorganization I had experienced with her. She was INSISTENT that she could get it done for me. Actually using the words “very easy” We confirmed I would come today, 9/07 at 0900AM to finally get my dress. I texted her on Wednesday, 09/04 confirming the dress was being worked on and would be ready for 900AM pick up today. She responded to my text “yes”
I arrived at the shop at 9AM and Bella was no where to be found. After calling and texting her she appeared at 9:20 while myself and another girl were waiting for her. She told the other girl to go try on her dress in the back and then proceeded to tell me for a 4th time now that the dress was STILL NOT DONE. She mentioned that she “wasn’t sure of the mistake, must have confused brides” Like it’s no big deal she looks at me and says to “come back at 11:30 today.”
Needless to say I was extremely upset as I live an hour away and can’t just “come back” as I’m writing this I am 5 days out from my wedding and do not have my wedding dress!!! She did not offer any type of refund or compensation for this disaster other than “I’m sorry.”
The disorganization and unprofessionalism (being late, missing appt times, last minute cancels, confusing brides with other brides?) is something like I've never experienced before. It’s truly unbelievable how this woman has any sort of positive reviews. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, experience I cannot express how terrible these encounters have been. It’s not like her alteration prices are inexpensive ? I paid a lot of money for this dress to be altered. I really hope you save yourself the added stress and find a different tailor to do your wedding dress. 0 stars.

My friend recommended Bella’s tailor shop to me for a bridesmaid dress. She was great, so I went back to have her alter my next bridesmaid dress. When I arrived to have her look at the dress to see what needed to be done, she forgot I made the appointment. No one answered the door, I called and she sent her assistant in to help me. 20 minutes late, the assistant put one pin in the bottom and said “looks good” and sent me home. I didn’t have another option so I left the dress and hoped for the best. On the day I was supposed to pick my dress up, I got a call at the time my appointment was made for asking if I could come another day since it was “so busy.” I called the next business day to make a new pickup time, and the tailor said the dress was not ready. I picked my dress up today, I once again never saw the tailor. Her assistant handed me the dress and sent me home. I think she did a good job on hemming my dress, but I was quite frustrated to spend the money and never see the tailor. Find a different place to go and save yourself the frustration.

Bella tailored my wedding dress and did an amazing job. It fit perfectly! Everyone told me the dress looked like it was made for me. Making an initial appointment was very easy, and it was easy to get ahold of Bella to make appointments/follow up with her with questions.

Needed my bridesmaid dress hemmed. It took about a month but I was not in a hurry for it. She let me change the pick up time last minute to accommodate my changing schedule. It cost 90 dollars for the hem of the two layer dress.

I ran into Bella's shop A FEW DAYS before my wedding without an appointment. A few parts of my dress felt wrong, and my previous alterations person said there was nothing more they could do. Well, Bella fixed it. And she created the most beautiful under bustle. I'm considering naming my first born after her. THANK YOU Bella for your kindness and expertise!!

She did my wedding dress alterations a couple years ago and it was great so for my daughters quince we came to her again for the alterations to 3dresses when we came to pick them up they were not finished but were told to come back next day picked up next day and they were perfect she always does great work and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a comfortable very friendly and great place for alterations

Incredible service! My tailor retired so I had to find a new one. Bella is so sweet and is an expert at her craft. I loved my previous tailor and how well she knew her craft and wasn’t sure I’d be able to find anyone just as good. Thankfully, Bella is quite the expert herself. There’s not much she can’t do. Since finding her I’ve brought many item to her and have been very satisfied with the outcome each time. A friend of mine who saw that I went to her told me she did her wedding dress as well and said she did an exceptional job. I tend to see lots of brides when I go there. I actually plan to take my wedding dress to her to have it preserved since that’s a service they offer. You will be beyond satisfied with the service here. Joanna who often times greets me is wonderful as well. I am very picky and they check all the boxes. Safe to say I’ve found my new tailor and plan to stick with her.
