I was having massive issues with my Tesla 12V battery. Ironically Tesla across the street was completely useless and not able to help me at all. Joe was able to help me locate the appropriate battery replacement options. He then went above and beyond using his own personal tools to assist me with replacing the battery since my vehicle was alerting me that it would not be safe to drive until replaced. He even helped me get the best deal possible on the battery by recommending going through the website to utilize coupons. This is great service!

Went in today for some screws and the person who was up front was more interested in his phone than helping out a customer.
In contrast when I went to Advance auto that guy went above and beyond just for some silly screws.

Service depends on who is on the shift usually I have no issues at this location but today 7/6 @1:30pm I had a question about a hood latch the employee said they would look wasn’t sure and said let me get my supervisor 20mins later still waiting

Called to see if they had a metric flange nut and they told me I had to come in and check myself. More than one employee on the phone and they sounded annoyed to even be called.
